A Nightmare Experience: 15 Hours Stranded due to IndiGo & Jetstar Negligence (MINUS ONE Rating- The highest NEGATIVE) I had a truly harrowing experience with the so-called "codeshare partnership" between IndiGo and Jetstar. If you value your time, money, and sanity, be extremely cautious before booking with them. The Broken Promises: Before my flight from Delhi to Melbourne, I was explicitly assured—both by IndiGo’s customer service and the Duty Manager at the Delhi check-in counter—that Jetstar would provide complimentary lounge access and food vouchers during my long transit in Phuket. This turned out to be a complete lie. The Ordeal: • Abandoned for 15 Hours: Upon arrival in Phuket, I was left entirely on my own. No lounge, no food, and zero assistance. • Vanishing Act: There was not a single Jetstar representative available at the airport for the first several hours of my transit. • Administrative Failure: Despite sending urgent emails while stranded, I was ignored by both airlines. The Aftermath (Passing the Buck): Since the incident, both airlines have shown a shocking lack of accountability. IndiGo admits the failure but points the finger at Jetstar, while Jetstar hides behind generic, automated email templates. Neither airline’s senior management has had the professional decency to address this gross misinformation and neglect. Verdict: They are "partners" when it comes to taking your money, but they are total strangers when it comes to taking responsibility for their mistakes. This is the poorest customer service I have ever encountered in the aviation industry. Avoid this partnership at all costs—they do not care about passenger welfare once they have your fare.

I ordered a 4-Seater Rattan Garden Furniture Patio Conversation Set with 2 Single Chairs, 1 Double Sofa and 1 Table Grey / With Cover at a cost of £149 - £119 for the garden set and an additional £30 for the cover. The garden set was delivered very quickly and I am impressed both with the set itself for the price, and the speed that it was despatched and delivered, hence the 4 star rating. Strangely the cover at a cost of £30, whilst being despatched by RattanTree at the same time as the garden set, and received by the delivery agent Evri, remained at at the Evri depot and it took several emails over a period of more than a week to RattanTree's customer services to eventually get Evri to send it to my local delivery depot and finally deliver it. Once again, once received the cover is of excellent quality and well worth the money so it is a pity that I have had to mark them down by 1 star due to the strange behaviour of Evri. If I were a more cynical type of person I might consider the way that Evri seemed to 'lose' the smaller part of the order - which they had clearly received -as a deliberate action! I leave you to decide but I suggest if ordering both the garden set and cover you make immediate contact with RattanTree and check the delivery status with Evri if the cover fails to materialise.

I have ordered 06th may, my parcel was supposed to deliver in one week. They send me about information where is the parcel. at the end of 1 week my parcel was ready to send cargo. then no information for 1 week!!! I have tried to communicate with customer service which is impossible and no further information. I got AI mail answer!! mention they do not have information about my parcel!! it could be on remote warehouse which means either they do not have the product that I ordered or they sell the product someone else and forget to delete from their website. So far very bad customer service experience which is there is no real people only AI, no information about your parcel. I will cancel my order hope I can do that and able to get my money back.

Absolutely disappointed. The price they charge for opening a door with the keys left inside is almost the price of a brand new door. They clearly take advantage of people’s helpless situations, knowing that when someone is locked outside their home they will pay almost anything just to get back inside. The work itself takes minutes, yet the pricing is completely unreasonable and feels exploitative rather than professional. I understand emergency call-outs cost more, but this was far beyond fair.”

I recently had a trip booked from the airport in Edinburgh to my hotel. Working with Taxi2Cardiff was like having a satellite guardian. They made contact before I even left my home, and followed my journey to the end updating me and the driver as I moved through to each point of my travel. Special mention for Hamza Shaqat who was the guiding voice through it all, professional and responsive. My driver Mario was friendly, informative, and got us safely from A to B. Top marks all around!

Lovely Stamford mini cot/bed from Obaby online.Easy website to navigate and order online.one star deducted for dispatch / delivery process which needs to be looked at to see why mishaps with orders happen. Box 2 of cot not sent,support desk were quick and helpful and would send box 2. One base of drawer was sent instead of box2 ! Back on the phone with the very helpful Tammy & Vicky who did get my box 2 of cot delivered very quickly thank you .

I placed an order with Fytoo as I have meant times before. When tracking my order, I could see that it was sent to other cities leading me to believe it was lost in the mail. I reached out to "Nancy" in CS. She was amazing! She communicated with me constantly and resent a replacement order via expedited mail. I received my glasses and I'm happy thanks to exceptional customer service from Nancy! I will continue to purchase from Fytoo!

So so bad! Avoid Avoid Avoid ! No returns process so I paid for an item to be returned by Royal Mail tracked service I have evidence that the parcel was delivered but they are still refusing to refund the item. I will never use them again and I recommend no one else does either The footwear I kept also has an hole it in after a couple of weeks of wear Never again :-(

Great location to the airport using the fast track bridge. Always park in the terminal and have had no issues. I changed the vehicle number on the booking 2 nights before our arrival but it had not registered and we had to press the button to speak to customer support on arrival and departure but this was dealt with very efficiently.

I used the Car Deal Warehouse in Perth to purchase my Audi TT. Tara Wilson was so helpful and really easy to deal with from the start. I enquired on the Monday night and had the car delivered by Friday. She kept me updated the whole way through and made everything really straightforward.
