Serious concerns regarding undisclosed third-party payment processor (Eltaris Ltd) After reviewing my transactions, I have found that deposits made to Casino Welle are being processed through a third-party company, Eltaris Ltd, rather than directly under the Casino Welle name, without any prior disclosure or transparency to users. At this stage, Eltaris Ltd does not appear to be listed as an authorised firm by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for regulated payment services or electronic money activities. If accurate, this raises serious concerns regarding the regulatory status and oversight of the payment processing chain used for customer deposits. No clear information has been provided to users regarding: the exact role of Eltaris Ltd in processing deposits, its regulatory status and legal authorisation, the legal basis for sharing and processing customer payment data through this third party, or the safeguards available to customers in case of disputes. The routing of customer deposits through an undisclosed third-party payment processor without clear prior notice is highly questionable and lacks transparency from a consumer protection perspective. I request immediate and fully documented clarification regarding this payment structure and the regulatory framework under which it operates. In the absence of a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to my bank, payment provider, consumer protection authorities, and relevant financial regulators. This review is intended to inform other users about the lack of transparency surrounding payment processing practices.... “Be careful of fake positive reviews, which—as you can see—appear to have been posted in bulk by the casino itself. Welle Casino has already been banned for this type of behavior on Trustpilot.” !!! Several emails have been sent to the casino's security department, but there has been no response! Subject: Urgent - Request for immediate refund / Unauthorized billing entity (Eltaris Ltd) Dear Support Team, I am contacting you regarding a deposit I recently made on your platform. On my bank statement, this transaction appears under the name of the billing entity Eltaris Ltd. Due to safety concerns, I contacted the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to verify this entity. They have just officially responded to me (see attached files 1000068316.jpg and 1000068317.jpg). The FCA explicitly states that: Eltaris Ltd is NOT registered on the Financial Services Register. This firm is NOT authorized by them to handle financial transactions. Operating through an unauthorized and unregistered financial entity is a serious breach of trust and safety regulations. Therefore, I demand: The immediate refund of my deposit to my original payment method. The permanent closure of my casino account and the complete deletion of my personal and financial data from your systems. If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will forward this case to my bank's fraud department for a chargeback procedure, and I will report your platform to the relevant gambling commissions and European fraud authorities. I expect your prompt confirmation that the refund and account closure have been processed. Regards,

Clapham venn st location Really disappointing experience today when I came in coffee, to have a sit down because I was having some asthma difficulty, coffee is good for symptoms So, I ordered a coffee at the bar. The Middle Aged woman with the brunette bob haircut served me, she seemed pleasant enough. When she made the coffee she handed it to me, black, even tho I asked her for white coffee, which she repeated. She then told me that there were 3 pots of milk on the bar. "You can have one of these" I didn't find this very welcoming, and how long have these milks been laying here for starters was my first thought? So, I did go to try the milk, thought rather disappointed she couldn't be bothered to steam me fresh milk, like your staff members usually do, but to palm me off with old milk is insane. And then I smelled the milk, it stank and was sour. I told her, she sniffed and said "no it doesn't " I said clearly it did and she relied "I'm gonna taste it" how unacceptably rude, gaslighting? And rather than say "ok, let me do you some fresh milk" she began to argue with me, and rather the other staff saying to her "can you give the lady some fresh milk" the other woman who came out was not on my side, the customer. In fact they both made me feel totally unwelcome, like I was the one with the issue, and coz I didn't want to drink smelly milk, I was the problem. I told them I was disappointed, then a 3rd female sniggered at me as I walked out I would ask those women how would they feel to be asked to drink rotten milk if it was the other way round ? I have serious health problems and allergies that go hand-in-hand with asthma and have a disability card, I came to you coz I was having a bad day and not feeling well and needed a rest and a coffee, but I'm shocked that you would treat any customers like this, ever I've been coming to this venue for pictures, coffees and cocktails since you opened. I won't be back. Friday 4th June 3;45pm And 20 mins after I walked out of your shop, still feeling really offended! I will tell you something for nothing, I work in the customer service field, galleries, museums and historical buildings, palaces et cetera in London, so I know what good Customer service is, so, quite frankly, this was disgraceful, and I'm sure the second woman that came out was the manager, so, for her to not automatically apologise to me is disgusting. Your whole staff on shift today needs retraining! And in fact, to ask anyone to drink that milk is disgusting! And the manager who obviously saw no problem with that either is just as bad. Why are your staff so eager to mess with people's health?? People can die and have heart attacks through sour milk? My nan had a heart attack down to sour milk, which turned and she didn't realise due to dementia. Intense abdominal cramps and bloating • Nausea and vomiting • Diarrhea • A mild fever • Dehydration •Pathogenic Infections to say the least!

On 13 May 2026, I initiated a payout of $156 to an external PayPal address. The on-screen confirmation indicated a 3 business day turnaround, which I calculated at 18 May. On 23 May, I sent an email to the listed support email address, with all the transaction information, and requesting resolution by May 27. I received no reply, so on May 29, I forwarded my previous message to the same address, with screenshot proofs of the transaction still Pending in my Pie account and no transaction to the requested PayPal. I stated clearly that on June 4 (today), I would be posting my experiences in full to Trustpilot and other social review sites. Less than 12 hours later on May 30, the payout posted to my PayPal and I had an email reply confirming such from "Mike" at Pie Support (name altered). I transferred the funds from my PayPal to my bank, and once they cleared, I sent a reply to "Mike" requesting any additional information on WHY this egregious delay continued until I threatened to post publicly. I did receive one final reply, which I am including here in full text. "We are proud to support millions of users, and work hard to give them the best experience possible. We are also a relatively small team and periodically go through personnel and process changes. Payouts is a particularly complex and sensitive area, and we have certain human review process. Unfortunately in this case, our review process was disrupted by personnel changes. We are really sorry that it impacted you. We appreciate the feedback and are happy to provide more detail. Let us know." While I can understand unfortunate coincidence and have been the victim of such frequently in my life, I still find it rather unbelievable that more than a fortnight went by with Pie holding my $156 earned through their platform, until I threatened to expose the situation in full, at which point it took less than 12 hours to process my payout. I don't expect this to completely change anyone's mind, and overall I'm still satisfied with my experience. I enjoy the Adblocker and the earnings rate, and I did ultimately receive the funds I'd earned. However, I doubt I'll be saving up as much at one time again, because I don't quite trust them to honor their timely word on payouts.

TEMU continue to be the worst. When you order from TEMU they have all of your address information. They also have delivery instructions. You pay your money. Temu is only about that particular money. That is unfortunate. Then it already takes two to three. Sometimes a month for you to get your items. They never. I mean never give whoever is going to deliver the package. The delivery instructions. Then they want you whether you're 65, 75, or 80 to consistently call a number that no one answers for the delivery partner use a email that no one responds to from the delivery partners and it takes forever for you to get your package if you're going to receive it at all. They even want you after you have paid your money to wait until the delivery partner who does not have the deliverer instructions to deliver the package. Wait until they return that package back to Temu before they refund you your money. By that time it has been 2 months. Sometimes even longer. You have no money, no package. They're only about the money and a lot of the products. Once you get them if you get them. They are trash not real product. I am still waiting on packages. I asked them to to cancel all of those. I cancel my other packages and refund me my money. I was transfer to a young lady whose name was Jay. It is spelled chea and I asked for supervisor. She refused to do that. She could not comprehend English. She start talking about conversations. I didn't even ask any kind of questions about. She refused to give me a supervisor. She didn't laughed. Thought it was funny to laugh at me. Waiting on the phone to one to get help that she was not giving me. This is ridiculous and it is abusive. Her laughing at me made me feel so bad as if I had no help anywhere. She move needs to get out of the United States and just stop selling it in the United States. Those people on the phone and in the chat do not understand or comprehend English. I would give a zero. This is ridiculous.

I attended many appointments at Bideford Hospital to see the physio. the parking there was free and each time I was in and out within 30 minutes. Then I was invited to attend a class which was an hour each time. The class was 6 weeks duration and on week 3 I received my first parking charge letter. I was staggered by it as I had already parked twice in the car park and didn't know it was only FREE for 1 hour and I was running over an hour each time. I contacted the hospital dept and asked why no one had warned me about the class and they suggested I appeal. Which I did after paying the reduced rate of £40. The hospital suggested I get a ticket for the parking so that I could put it on the car. When I went to collect it they could not find the book. So I have left the class in fear of having yet another charge. I am a pensioner and have so far been required to pay 2 £40 fines to attend this car park. There is no machine for you to pay at all. Today I have received an email response to my appeal telling me they have closed the appeal, but no explanation has been given. Its shockingly bad. Sign posting is unclear and no appeal has really been discussed.

Lack of liquidity broker I get manipulated for over 40 trades in a roll in five trading days with a 4 to 5 point spread and there are calming it a normal market behavior I use tight stop loss as from my strategy all those manipulation results to bad trading physiology. Avoid this if yiu want long term profitability and don’t listen to promotions of the propfirm their spread is not cool at all. Once there see you start trading with them with a cool system there will try to get you down by manipulating your trades for you to breach the account there a just market maker and poor liquidity provider

Half the price of my normal optician bought glasses and much better quality. From submitting my prescription to door delivery took less than 1 week. bought the airwrap last month and it definitely styles hair nicely without the heat damage, so the tech is there. but honestly over 400 eur for what is basically a hairdryer with plastic attachments is just crazy. it is a nice luxury item but you are 100% paying a massive premium just for the dyson logo. It works great but the price tag is ridiculous..

I spotted a problem with the milage allowed, and wanted to change the driver name. I couldnt log in as there was a mistake in the mail. So I called them. The guy was extremely friendly, helpful and replied immediately. Since it was easiest to cancel the existing booking and make a new one, we did that and the whole experience was quick and easy .

I had ordered one shirt from this website to be delivered to italy as a gift for my husband and he could not even get it when i wanted him too. It has been well over 2 weeks and nothing, i emailed and messaged them on instagram but no response whatsoever. I would NOT order from this website and i definitely never will order from here again.

Reached out twice for support regarding an advance as the wrong amount was settled. No response and I find it quite disgusting they charge you £2 to get your money earned. They like to keep the poor poor. I don’t want to pay another £2 to get the correct amount requested as I am only on minimum wage
