Stay well away from this car hire company!! This was already our fourth time hiring a car, and we’ve never had problems like this before. To start with (as many have already reported), they try to talk you into taking out insurance, even though you’ve already got cover through Check24. Nobody went through the damage to the car with us. We were shown a sheet of paper covered in red crosses. Well, we could have taken photos, but that would certainly have taken 30 minutes and we’d never had any problems before. After a 3-minute drive, we noticed that the tank wasn’t full. Another rip-off. What’s more, the car was pulling heavily to the left, which made us feel very unsafe. When we handed the car back, the icing on the cake was that we were shown some really old damage which they claimed looked “new” and that it was our fault. The damage report was suddenly a different one. We assume they say things like this specifically to people who have additional insurance through Check24. That means we don’t have to pay for it, so it shouldn’t really matter to us. But it does matter to me – I hate fraud and want to warn you all!

I have always been very happy getting my prescriptions this way, ever since Covid. It would now seem the company has got too big to cope as well as previously. My GP changed my BP medication and put in an order 3 days ago, which obviously I need urgently. Now at 08.30 on Saturday morning I receive an email telling me one of the items is out of stock and I will have to wait 3WEEKS !. The one item out of stock is unimportant, I can get that over the counter at any supermarket or chemist, the other items are truly urgent. I replied to the email, which bounced back saying ‘ no replies to this possible’. I went online and tried to communicate with ‘Anna the robot’ who said “ I do not understand your question” and gave me all their opening times !!!. I’m 80, with no family or support, this service is appalling. Without the BP and 2 other prescribed meds I doubt I’ll be around in 3 weeks. Difficult as it is for me to get out I will be going back to using a high street pharmacy.

Complaint reference 21802191. Despite multiple emails, online chat and in-store conversations (which were shockingly poor), I still CANNOT use a gift card I received end of May for my birthday!!! I got an email with an attachment supposed to have a PIN number in it after an online chat - got the email and attachment, NO PIN IN IT!!! Got a complaint raised on 28 June - still not resolved. Have chased and the same response comes back. NO-ONE reads the email correctly. No-one understands my query. Clearly zero training in customer care!!!! Suffice to say I am exhausted after hours and hours of emails, chats and 3 trips - at my cost - to the Mango store. I cannot believe how bad they have been. Compared to all other retailers, they are atrociously bad. If Mango get this and once again ask me TO DO something, I will raise a legal complaint. It is UP to them to resolve this and contact me. I as the CUSTOMER should not have to do any more than I have.

I had ordered a hammock as a present for a family member going on a camping trip. Initially the estimated delivery time was 2-5 working days so would arrive on time, however it took nearly 2 weeks to arrive as it was coming from china which was misleading on the website, and therefore did not come in time for the trip. As the website advertises 90 day refunds no questions asked I applied for a refund, to be told they only refund damaged items. I have had a back and fourth with customer services who have changed their minds several times to whether I qualify for a refund and have decided that I do not, despite the advertising on their website. Do not order from here, the products are cheap quality from china, take forever to arrive and then you will be refused a refund even though you are following their policy as advertised. Luckily I have screenshots of all this information on their website so will contact my bank about this.

You grasp the idea of how it works when nobody wants to use free messengers no matter what. It's not like this on J4Meet.com because this site has been picking up and gaining traction lately and now it seems to be in its heyday because of the honest work all these years. AmalDate is not honest. In fact it is terribly corrupted. You don't even get to exchange messages with ladies who are sincerely interested in you. You get to correspond only with numerous staff members who pretend to be genuine women searching for serious relationship. Don't believe their lies. I know some of them are innately sweet, attractive and friendly - but just think of the way the site works! There is not a single chance that this communication with paid chat animators can lead to anything meaningful and valuable.

Siil ostomy advertising as based in Spain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My husband underwent major surgery and now has an ostomy bag. To give him some confidence I ordered a ostomy cover belt from this company in Large, it was too big so we sent back for an exchange to a Medium. Well after many many many emails chasing them only to get messages from Ana who is clearly a bot/AI it said it was onto this. After a very long time I said if we can’t have it can I have a refund and with no communication after all the chasing we just got a refund with no explanation. You could order a medium on the website so why they could not help with an exchange I do not know. To save you a lot of hassle and upset I would go to Etsy a company called Reece UK we bought exact same belt for half the price.

I tried to return a bag I didnt like. Unlike other shops, there is no return label included in the deliver. They dont even provide a return address. You have to send an E-mail asking them to provide the return details, which I did. They didnt provide the return details but tried to start a dicussion about why I want to return, which I made verry clear I dont want to. According to EU regulations I can always return without reason within 14 days. I had to sent 4 E-mails, before they finally refunded the bag. In my opinion they should streamline their return process.

The $20 subscription for aymo.ai ran out after fewer than 30 questions. They advertise “12K Messages / month” on the subscription page, which turned out to be extremely misleading. There’s almost zero transparency about actual usage limits, and you only realize how restricted it is after paying. It felt like a complete waste of money. I expected to get decent value but was left disappointed and annoyed. Not recommended.

We took a cross atlantic flight from europe to chicago. While we were told there would be a special seatbelt for our 1.5 year old, none was available in the plane, while it s standard procedure in europe. Our child has no security in case of turbulence. We are chocked by the lack of the most basic safety for children. The seatbelt extension cost 10 euros. Do not fly united if you have kids, they really don t care.
