Terrible and scandalous experience. I booked a car online through the VIP Cars website (Booking Number: G34375227), which connected me with the local supplier DRIVUS / PRO AUTO BG LTD EOOD (located at 1 Christopher Columbus Blvd, 1540 Sofia, near the airport in Bulgaria). At the time of rental, I had to leave a massive deposit of €484.50. I was guaranteed, with full confirmation, that this amount would be refunded to me within 14 working days from the end of the rental period. To date, more than 30 working days have passed, and I haven't seen a single cent. The current situation is extremely serious: No response: They no longer reply to emails. Censorship: They have literally blocked me on WhatsApp and reject my phone calls. They have practically vanished with my money. Useless VIP Cars support: I have repeatedly tried to contact VIP Cars customer service to hold them accountable for the partner they rely on, but the call center (likely based in India or Bangladesh) answers with operators who do not speak intelligible English and have absolutely no authority or willingness to resolve the issue. Adding insult to injury, on top of the €484.50 financial loss, since this was an amount I had to front, I am now paying interest to my bank (I’ve already had to shell out an extra €14 out of my own pocket because of them). I am desperate and feel scammed. This company and their partners run away with your deposit and then block you so they can't be reached. STAY FAR AWAY FROM VIP CARS AND DRIVUS SOFIA! Run away, it is an absolute trap!

There are three basic requirements for a car cover: 1) Proper Fit: if it doesn't properly fit and can easily come off, it will fail to do it's job. If it's loose, it can scratch paint from the wind. 2) Proper Protection: This is the entire point of the car cover. This shouldn't need explanation. 3) Secure Fit: Even if the cover is cut to exact dimensions, wind can pull the car cover off the front or rear. So, a strap in the front and rear of the cover to hold the front and rear in place is a basic need. The covercraft cover order #0002529887, purchased on 04/02/2026, that I received managed to do only part 1) of the above list. It allows water to seep through the cover and stain the paint. Not surprising considering the cover is paper thin, such that it's almost see through. Covercraft not only could be bothered to provide straps for the cover; they also couldn't be bothered to provide holes or anything in the front and rear of the cover to hold it in place. There is a growing epidemic of poorly made items. Many claim it's due to inflation, however I would argue a major factor is a mix of incompetency and laziness. On a side note, I purchased some aftermarket straps to hook onto the front and rear of the cover to hold it in place. Unfortunately, this strap system is also birthed from laziness and incompetence and managed to create deep scratches on the paint of my car which will require my rear bumper to be completely repainted.

I found this site while searching for a UK ETA. It's called "UK Visa Portal" and looks official. The disclaimer is there — "UK ETA Document Checking & Application Assistance Service. Not a Government Website" — but the print is small enough that I missed it completely, and I think you would too. The official ETA costs about £20 directly, but this site was charging me about five times that, £100 ($130.60 US). Once I saw the total, I abandoned the application without submitting it -- and yet they charged me anyway. I requested a refund yesterday, their team refused my request, so I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card company. If you're applying for an ETA, go to the government site first (ends in .uk and not .com), and see whether you need a paid service at all. I'm also reporting this to Citizens Advice, who pass reports to Trading Standards. You should go to this website to judge for yourself. My experience with their website and dispute was infuriating.

Only a 1, because zero isn’t an option. Congratulations on becoming like all other companies, forcing virtual assistants down our throat. If I can manage to divert to an agent the wait time is egregious. I can’t trust a proposal worth $60M will get to procurement by deadline. So I’m done with your company. My rate is $70/hour internally but I’m charged out at $125/hr. You going to pay me that for sitting on hold when you aren’t acting in accordance to the unspoken customer service agreement? You used to be a trusted courier, now you are as worthless as far too many companies have become. Not worth my time or expedited shipping costs. The hit to my business reputation if my proposal does not arrive by the legally mandated deadline. You’re the one crack in my/other executives and engineers hard work. Thanks as I still wait on never ending hold.

I ordered a few items from Shein and they were using Uniuni for shipping. This is my experience: 1. The tracking update on UniUni and Shein doesn't line up. One is always lagging over the other so I can't even tell which one is accurate. 2. They tried delivering twice and failed twice. 3. As I was having these items delivered to work, I gave them specific instructions to deliver within office hours yet they attempted to deliver at night and I got a failure to delivery notification again. 4. I made my order on July 8 and none of the items were backordered so they pretty much packed and sent it right away. No problem at all while the items were on the plane and cleared customs. Today is July 18 and I still don't have my package yet. 5. I messaged Uni Uni customer service and they were very slow to respond.

I went to Thurlow Nunn in Northampton to look at a used car i'd seen on-line. I've had bad experiences with other dealers previously but Florin Strujan was a great salesman, very knowledgeable, open, honest and accomodating. The result was that I bought the car and had a deal that we were both happy with. Florin went on to show and demonstrate the car thoroughly and helped us to set-up and connect all the bells and whistles. Not all sales people are dodgy and Florin is not just a good salesman, his level of customer care is much better than most. I would absolutely use Thurlow Nunn, Northampton again and I have no hesitation in recommending Florin as a salesman. He is a great asset to the company.

I happened upon Dillon Skye last summer via a Facebook ad. I thought the blankets were gorgeous and different. I was also skeptical. BUT, Halloween print came out and I fell in love with a pattern so I gave it a go. I was NOT disappointed! The owner is amazing, interactive with her clients on social media and it just brings a homey, friendship vibe. I've since ordered many more blankets and not yet have the patterns or the whole ordering/shipping/receiving process let me down. I will continue to only buy from Dillon Skye- there's a print/theme for any season/holiday/mood. I'm grateful I stumbled upon them!

One of the bad service I ever see that is BOB Bank of Baroda this service is very bad and even though the staff of Bob very bad behaviour with the customer and very rude behaviour with the customer and suggest and advise to every customer of the bob you would have to escape from this Bank otherwise you will face many optical and problems and many more things so this is the really think I shared with you I feel it and I experience thank you

Every time it says oh we will give you 8 items free or 400.00 credit it doesn't. Be careful with this company they are tricky. Read the fine print careful. I have made my last purchase from temu. Only because the tricky marketing . It should be transparent. Ive bought 3 things with the expectations I would get the 8 products I spent 30 minutes to pick and never got 1 free gift. Its a scam. No more customer.

I ordered something this spring that was billed as arriving in 5-7 business days. They sent a tracking number which said the product was coming from Germany despite the ad saying that the product was made in America. THIRTY days later, the item didn't arrive. I contacted them and they sent another tracking number that said it would arrive in 5-7 days. Never arrived.

Sent me the wrong trainers. Contacted them after the online bot just decided to stop working. Sent me a "replacement" pair that were STILL the wrong pair. If any of them had looked they'd realise that the product code on the box is the wrong one. It is the product code for the trainers I want, however the photo on the box and the item inside are wrong.

Ordered a Fire Stick for click and collect. Purchase went through and received email back confirming order but need to wait for second email before collecting. STILL WAITING FOR SECOND EMAIL. Chased following day and told that they don't have stock at chosen store and standby and that call took 30 minutes.
