Absolutely crazy experience!!! We arrived in Cancun at 10pm and took the bus to Playa del Carmen where our Hotel was book through booking.com. We arrived at around midnight just to find the hotel does not even EXIST!!! There was a different hotel at a provided address with a totally different name and the lady that worked there told us they had not listed it on booking under any other name and that it was a fake listing and obviously a scam. We were a group of 4 including 1 elderly lady and to make things worse it was pouring rain outside. We immediately called booking.com and they put us on a long hold just to eventually tell us that we have to wait 45 minutes and if they property we booked does not reply during this time they will help to relocate us to another property at no extra cost. Obviously the property wasnt going to respond because it did not exist so we thought ok we wait and we get a different hotel. Guess what? more then an hour passed and no reply or call from booking.com so we call them again and this time they just hang up. We then called one more time and after being put on hold for a long time yet again they eventually said thre was nothing they can do except provide us with details of a hotel near by that has availability for which we would have to pay out of our own pocket eventhough the property listed on booking was prepaid and it didnt exist so it is their fault and their responsibility to fix this. After some arguing the agent became very rude and told us that its because of people like us wanting everything for free his job is more difficult. Its absolutely shocking. We ended up booking another property last minute on Expedia at twice the price. Getting a refund for the original booking was also a nightmare. After endless calls and emails and no luck they eventually gave us a different email address to submit our case as we threathend legal action. We didnt thing the new email was going to change anything at first but to our surprise we got a refund 3 days later. the email is for booking holdings which is part of booking.com, Agoda, Priceline and gotogate. Yes all these scam websites are the same company and the email is bookrooms with domain name realtyagent.com and not booking.com. I would suggest if you have problems with refunds to email there instead. Booking.com is still refusing until this day to give us any compensation for whats happened and not that I was ever going to use them again but I received an email that my account was permanently suspended. Shame on you crooks and thieves.

I'm giving them 1 star because I can't give less than that. I signed up for a card 6 weeks ago and was approved. Supposedly, a week later, they sent the card out. I was never notified to expect the card I was able to make a charge to it on my Sam's Club account. The card never arrived. I only discovered the shipping date when I went online and scoured my account for info about the missing card. There was no guidance available online options, so I selected "card not received". When i tried to access the chat feature you find out when the new card would ship, it no longer worked. No where in the app or online is a customer service number; I had to Google search to find one. The agent accused me of handling the issue incorrectly, and then blocked my ability to use the card with my Sam's Club membership ID. Do NOT get and expect to use this card. I am only passing to keep it to increase my available credit. There is only one company with worse service in this industry, and that's USAA.

I initially gave a 5 star review however now I am putting 1 star. My advice is to avoid the commission based upsell on sofas by furniture village it’s a con to get more money. Kevin at Preston store was very professional however he was probably was unaware he was selling a scam. I would never have gone for the protection insurance if I knew they couldn’t help me with a faulty sofa and they have been very unhelpful and dismissive. DO NOT BUY PROTECTION COVER as it is a con. That’s my advice, it’s doesn’t cover your sofa it’s just a way of making money and what was explained to me at the time of purchase. Lesson learn in life eh- insurance is a scam! Sadly the con of protection cover has ruined my trust furniture village as they are selling it and I won’t be going back there for next sofa. Also I didn’t get a response from VF for my 5 star review last year so they don’t really care about customers just after the money.

I paid for the maths and science package. However nothing changed on my son's device. The math questions were repetitive and never seemed to change. There was no science elements available on his device I think support said I needed to give him a computer to get the full benefits of the membership - I honestly don't know. I lost interest and so did my son. There is so many pop ups to pay that it disturbs the game and when you do pay the only difference is you get to collect the pets. The educational elements never seem to advance and more forward. He just got the same questions "how many tens, how many 1s" and that was basically the only question I ever saw coming up. Not sure what the science package is like. We paid for it for many months and never got the access to any Science on my son's brand new Lenovo tablet. I don't recommend bothering with this. Get a math puzzle book instead from office works.

I was very happy at first that I quickly was prescribed medication for my Poison Ivy. Within two hours. However, they only prescribed a 4 day taper which leaves me at a high risk of a rebound flare with how bad it is and I did send pictures showing that it's on all my limbs except one. I have no way of sending a message directly to the prescribing doctor and nobody is returning my emails. I tried setting up the subscription so that I could send my request for a full 14-21 day gradual taper instead of only 4 days to ensure the Poison Ivy does not come back but when I try to submit payment, nothing happens. It just stays on the screen. Very poor customer service and now I'm concerned I'll have to pay even more money at an Urgent Care once this flares up again and that is not torture I want to go through again once it's gone.

I used RadioKing to create and publish an Alexa Skill for my organization's internet radio station XCSB Alternative Media in Cleveland. As expected, RadioKing needed documentation that we are licensed to play music by the relevant music rights organizations to publish to Amazon. Once I provided that and paid RadioKing's fee our Alexa Skill was published and working perfectly within days of submission. A simple enable skill voice command gets it working, and once enabled it works by simply saying, "Alexa, play XCSB". This is precisely what I was hoping for, and as a bonus if you say, "Alexa, ask XCSB what song is playing" it will identify that as well. No pre-roll ads, it just plays. They provided us exactly what we paid for as advertised, without friction.

If you're thinking of using samples to wallpaper a small area in your house or for art, don't. They neglect to tell you that there's a huge label printed on the wallpaper samples. I know this isn't what the samples are technically made for but my wall area is much smaller then the minimum size to get wallpaper printed. In addition this took a WHOLE MONTH to get here. Customer service was helpful and sent out another package after about two weeks, but that doesn't matter if they're unusable. Again, I know that's not what the samples are for but I think informing customers about this would be smart considering I can't have been the only one wanting to wallpaper a small space. The wait just makes it extra infuriating.

While the product works well, customer service is HORRIBLE. When I ordered 4 sticks last month I did NOT realize it was a subscription. I got a BIG surprise when approximately 3-4 weeks later I got 4 MORE. Like I use THAT much deodorant in a short period of time. I e-mail them asking how to return, get a refund and cancel the subscription. The response???? They said I signed up for a subscription and that the next order would be pushed back 12 weeks. Wait WHAT?????? I'm supposed to use EIGHT sticks by then??? I go to the site ALL I can do is skip a shipment. I can't find where to cancel ANYWHERE. Can't even find out how to return what I DON'T need. Had to call my credit card company for help.

Connor Payne from "On the Go Plumbing Australia" registered in Ferntreegully, Melbourne, Australia was recommended by a friend to fix my blocked drain. I paid $750, and he cleared the blockage, but the same problem returned just two days later. He told me his work was guaranteed, yet when I called him back to fix the same blockage, he wanted to charge me an excessive amount. I expected him to honour his guarantee, especially after paying so much for the original job. Based on my experience, I would not recommend his services and encourage others to be cautious before hiring him.

I thought I had purchased new car insurance but after paying over £500 have had no acknowledgement, emails and get an error message when I try to login. I contacted Moja on a Web form and got a generic response with no explanation of what has gone wrong and some comment a refund would be made if no insurance being provided. Have now complained to Compare the Market who promoted Moja and complaint forwarded to Moja. Still no response, out of pocket and presume insurance not in place when needed. Do not use Moja. Have I been scammed?

"The customer support service is completely unacceptable. I submitted clear photographic proof of a severe food safety hazard where my fresh bakery items were delivered entirely unsealed and wide open to vehicle contamination. Instead of reading the issue, the support agents repeatedly used lazy, automated rejection scripts to close my ticket and deny responsibility. It is impossible to reach a real human who cares about hygiene regulations. I had to rely on my bank to block the transaction because your team refused to help."

Ruby hips is a good one. Five stars for easy signup, verification, purchase and ultimately redemption. I play many platforms of this ilk and I can’t remember one of them being so easy to navigate and verify my identity. Look it’s a casino. If you’re smart about it and you’re willing to put some skin in the game, you’ll probably take something down. Five stars for a top notch experience.

This company spun an ad across our Facebook dashboard promising quality workmanship, communication and customer care. We attempted to hire this company but unfortunately all we received were silly juvenile telephone crank calls Hang Ups and run around in circles.. Anyone would be a fool to remotely considering hiring this joke of an Internet presence

Horrible service, they didn’t deliver the flowers on time, flowers were delivered next day and of course they delivered the flowers that i didn’t ordered, flower vase was not the one i paid for, they lie to me saying that they attempted to make the delivery and that no one was home, when i was home the whole time. I suggest never use them again

The staff was cordial, friendly, responded quickly (as much as the time zone differences would allow), and the upmost care was taken with my shipment. Great service via all requests for information or assistance. If you’re looking to import a vehicle, I would trust this service as many before me have.
