Charlie was excellent turned up on time took away the old toilet and fitted the new one with minimum fuss and mess amd cleaned up afterwards would definitely recommend

Darren provided excellent service

Darren provided excellent service, assisting us with the removal of decades-old, unnecessary pipework and ensuring our new tap was installed safely without any risk of leaks or flooding. He has also completed work on our radiators in the past, and we have always been very satisfied with the results. We would be pleased to have him return for future projects and have complete confidence in the quality of his work.

Waste of time and energy

Will never ever use again. Either the people you book with over the phone are incompetent, either this company is trying to overcharge for no reason.
I called and explained and described several times everything that I did manually to unblock/fix the drainage, and that I specifically needed a professional to come with a MACHINE because everything else failed. She was like yes sure it will be 100£ for non emergency and excluding vat. I again repeated myself, I even asked her to write this down and tell the engineer so they know what to do next not to come and try the same damn thing. I booked for next day first slot and paid because apparently you have to pay before a service is even offered. Fine. Luke got to the flat around 11:30am even though it was meant to be 8-10am max. I understand traffic etc but still shouldn’t be my problem. I changed my therapy session because he was so late. He comes in and tells me he can use chemicals and a plunger - things I already explained to the lady on the phone that I’ve used for a whole week including a manual drain coil. I basically asked for a specific service, i was given whatever the phone lady wanted, charged and made to think the engineer will be fixing this problem with a machine. None of this happened.
Luke was understanding and called the office, something about it being around £300 to use that machine lol - that’s the cost of the whole machine but ok. I explained i have no income and i didn’t call to ask for a general investigation and plunger expert, but for that exact machine. And i no longer could pay.
I doubt very much I will get any money back even though Luke was asked to leave after two minutes because he was only going to try what I already have.
Most frustrating waste of time I have ever experienced. If you have to use this company, don’t trust the people you book with because they clearly don’t understand or know what they’re doing.

We can confirm that a full refund has been issued. During booking, it was explained that the initial visit covers the first hour, and any advanced work (such as using machinery) would be an additional cost, which is always discussed before proceeding.
Our engineer attended and advised starting with professional treatments before escalating to machinery. When informed of the additional cost for this, you chose not to proceed and asked the engineer to leave, so no work was carried out.

The service we received was great

The service we received was great from the beginning. Booking the appointment was straight forward and easy.
Luke, the engineer that came out was brilliant. He was knowledgable set reasonable expectation and did a great job resolving our issue. Would definitely use again

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company they will take the initial £120 plus vat and send out someone who doesn’t have the correct tools. They will then lie to you and say they will find you the correct tradesman to deal with your issue. Absolutely a scam

Really good service

Elliot traced the faults and replaced the parts needed. My heating was up and running again and he did a fantastic job.
Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic professional service

Luke was fantastic. Super professional and clear at communicating what needed to be done, how long it would cost and the time needed to fix the issue (blocked pipes causing flooding in the kitchen). He left the place clean and tidy and was really good with my inquisitive cats!

I booked an inspection and was charged…

I booked an inspection and was charged £120. During the visit, the engineer disconnected my boiler and cut the gas supply, stating it was “Immediately Dangerous” due to a rusted casing.

However, the issue appears to be a minor water leak from the diverter valve causing surface rust, and the boiler was otherwise functioning. I was not properly consulted before the disconnection, and the explanation provided was vague.

The warning notice also states that the disconnection was done with my permission, which is not accurate.

Overall, I am dissatisfied with the lack of clear communication and the handling of the situation. I would advise others to seek a second opinion when major decisions like disconnection are made.
