I have a domain registered with 1-grid. We have been paying R219 a year to renew. They have suddenly decided that the domain is a 'premium' domain and started billing us R6400. Their accounts department and their customer service agent outright said they cannot understand the massive price increase. I've asked 4 times for our contract and they just do not respond. Worst service.
