Terrible experience.

Way too expensive for what it actually offers.

The so-called “AI-generated websites” are basic, underperforming, and nowhere near the promises.

The platform is slow, limited, and not innovative at all.

Customer service is awful: no refund at the beginning, and when I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal, I asked for a refund the same day the charge occurred… completely refused with no understanding.

In short: overpriced, poor quality, and no customer care.
Strongly recommend avoiding 10Web — there are far better and more transparent alternatives out there.

I asked for months to have my plan changed and they never did it. All they kept doing was charging me over and over again as if my request didn’t matter. Every time I complained, the only response I got was that “they would contact the sales team” — but nothing ever happened.

It’s frustrating and disappointing to see a company that is supposed to make things easier completely ignore their customers and only focus on charging money. They made me lose time, money, and trust.

I absolutely do not recommend this service. When a company doesn’t listen to its customers and fails to deliver something as simple as a plan change, it proves that the only thing they care about is taking your money, not the customer.

Great service, I continue to get hacked and appreciate being able to use the live chat to help me overcome these problems instantly.

I have been using the Photo Gallery plugin for many years without any issue. After upgrading our server to PHP 8.4 the plugin caused a fatal error on our site. Deactivating the plug resolved the immediate issue and after contacting 10Web Care and they were able to find a quick solution - simply updating to the latest version of the plugin.

Apparently, there is a free 7-day trial, but that trial has limitations. You won’t really learn or build the site properly. I went ahead and paid for a 30-day subscription, and I wrote everything the site builder needed to create the site. I was expecting at least 40–60% of what I described, because we all know AI is not human and can never be perfect. What I got was a complete waste of time and money — not even 10% of the site made me happy. I had to build it all on my own. I cancelled the subscription and started building the site with Elementor and Astra. These two platforms offer free, elegant templates and blocks to use, while 10Web has poor-quality design templates, and you have to pay extra on top of their already expensive monthly subscription. I checked all their website templates, and I couldn’t stop laughing at the poor quality of the designs — and to make it worse, they are all paid. Not a single one is free.

Having an extremely poor response to several tickets.

So many issues dealing with 10 web, firstly they don't allow you to have different hosting type (ultimate / standard) on one account - so you have to go create a new account.

We;ve created tickets for support and they don't respond, don't copy the right people in and ultimately nothing gets done. Avoid.

Honestly, I started going with 10Web because I enjoy chat support and they always have somebody ready to talk to me. I value a company that supports their users and gives quick response. The hosting is great and my websites are very fast. I've already used other companies, and I have had such stressors with having to email support or getting someone on the phone, who clearly is not tech savvy.
