From the moment I stepped in the surgery I was made to feel very welcome. The team at 111 are exceptional and full of knowledge. Emma, Anna & Sophia made me feel very at ease as it was my first experience with this type of treatment. I went through a thorough consultation including advice for my skin and what aftercare needed to be followed through for best results. I’m a couple of days into my recovery and it’s going really well. I would highly recommend 111 to my clients, colleagues & friends.

Had a 3rd skin peeling treatment with Sofia today — excellent service! My skin looks brighter already. She also gave me clear, helpful advice on my skin's progress and aftercare. Highly recommend! Will be back.

Had an erbium YAG laser face resurfacing treatment .
The experience was flawless , from explaining how the treatment works information on the various stages of recovery and clear after care instructions .

They took £50 from me and then about 5 mins said they couldn't do anything. Then I sent a complaint and still waiting on a reply. I would not recommend
