Claudia has an excellent manner and is clearly an experienced professional. She was very reassuring as I did find the procedure quite painful at times. Her assistant, Bonnie, was also wonderful and very supportive. I am delighted with the results!

The best ever plastic surgeon the doctors are the best caring taking you seriously taking good care of u helping u with ur own problems too the best team ever thy make u feel like u know them for ever I never felt so comfortable and loved like thy mad me feel I never experienced something like them the best doctors u will ever find cos thy are the best I can say that I’m lucky to get to know them and what ever I’ll say thy deserve more then what I’m saying thy become like part of ur family I really felt very safe and comfortable around them thy are the best safe place to be u won’t find like them ever I do send them my love and respect

Botox was not what expected and too expensive.

I chose 111 Harley Street for my breast implant removal and uplift. It's not actually that easy to find leading practices that specialise in this surgery, and as soon as I had met Dr Reza in my initial consultation I felt confident this was the right practice for me. I booked my surgery, and although I was very nervous, I was put at ease as soon as I met Zuzana the nurse - whose care for me was exceptional both before and after the treatment - and she even came to visit me in the hospital after my surgery. Dr Reza has done an incredible job in what was a very difficult surgery - the results are incredible (I write these now 3 months after my surgery day) and I would not hesitate to recommend him and the team. It wasn't an easy decision to go ahead with the operation, but trust the team - they know what they're doing and I can't thank them all enough.

Took care and time with me during appointment. Made me fee comfortable and hopeful that my condition could improve. Unlike another Harley Street clinic I had been to, it wasn't all about the money.

Fantastic clinic. All team is very helpful with outstanding customer service. The practitioners are highly trained and knowledgeable, and I feel safe here. I have been having injectable treatment for some time now, and recently, I saw Dr Ivona for face Design. I am so pleased with the results.

The botox went well, with minimal issues although there was some unusual side effects such as swollen eyes. Besides this the team was lovely and answered all my questions even when I was very nervous about getting Botox for the first time.

I had surgery on the 25th May, I can't really fault the care I received on the day. I felt well looked after, I was really nervous and the staff helped ease my nerves. I can't comment on the results yet due to the swelling.

Originally, during the initial consultation, it was agreed I could have an online follow up consultation due to the distance and childcare arrangements. Following the surgery, the nurse was adamant I needed an in person consultation despite the original agreement, I offered soonest I was available in person and was told this is too late and could I find earlier. I also requested details of my surgery (how much was removed), she didn't know and said she'd find out and let me know. I managed to find earlier and offered a date, I sent a follow up email with my available date and yet again, requesting details of my surgery and no response. That date has passed now and I've still heard nothing.

Prior to the surgery, I was contacted requesting consent for the surgery to be filmed and photographed I agreed through email on the conditions that only the lower half of my face is shown (and offered a complimentary I didn't receive). The surgery has been published on social media, including an entire shot of my face - the one thing I specified not to be shown. I have requested the removal of this. I don't know whether this was an accident or not, but I'm obviously considerably upset about that given it was my one condition to providing my consent and it's been published and already viewed by hundreds of people against my wishes. Plus the fact I find out the actual details of my surgery through an Instagram post despite requesting for it twice with no answers.

I'm really upset about this and was not expecting it considering the reputation of the company and current reviews I just can't look past it considering the amount I've paid and to feel like this. Especially the fact strangers on the internet have received more personal details regarding my surgery than I have and my conditional consent has been completely disregarded.

I had a potenza treatment with Violetta -- she was very professional and attentive. The treatment lasted 30 minutes and I liked that a haling mask was added at the end of the treatment which really soothed my skin. My skin is calm and not inflamed today. Can not wait to see the final results which should be firmer and brighter skin.
