I already orderd 3 or 4 times. Had no problems with the shop at all. Delivery was fast and products in good shape. I also got my money back when I had to return shoes that did not fit (altough it takes somes days). Only last time I received a broken shoe (puncture hole in the mesh). But returning was no problem.
I wish to redeem coupons on orders more than 80€ and not 125€. In that case I would more often decide to buy a shoe.

Happy with this store. I bought twice here. Can't understand bad reviews. Prices were good, shipping via registered post. A bit longer than amazon prime but fine.
Customer service answer your emails promptly with queries.
Shame product description isn't in English on the English site but you can look up the products on the official brand sites. Also website store is not fantastic for browsing.
I would buy again despite negative opionions.

My first order from this shop. I have ordered two pairs of shoes on sunday. They have shipped on monday and delivered on wednesday morning. Best price I could find online and two and half day for delivery in Croatia. So far nothing to complain...

Normally i read reviews before i shop online. But was distracted by the good prices. They where good but not too good to be true. Was worried after reading the reviews.

Parcel came within the delivery time frame.

I have ordered several times over the last few years, and never had any issues what so ever.
Infact you could arque that I to some extend was promoting 21run.com. All that being written I placed an order 3,5 weeks ago, I configured my order only to hold items on stock and the money was taken of my creditcard the day after I placed the order.
When Iknow check the status of my order it has not been shipped and my numerous emails quering about the status has been ignored.
Stay away, place your order somewhere else!!

Stay away from this company. They are unreliable, slow and not worth the risk. I ordered two items to be informed that they had run out of the exact sizes for both of them! They do not take responsibility and customer support is non existent. You have been warned!

This has to be one of the most shadiest companies I've ever come across with. Don't ever buy from them.

Why is the price more when you check out?

Bought numerous item from them, always excellent service and delivery times.

My pair of shoes came 3 days late, in a damaged shoebox, with extra cost for packaging (not refunded). Not recommended.

I bought two pairs of shoes and was later informed they were not in stock (indicated as in stock on their website). I asked for a refund and they could not even get that right! It took a month before I got my money back!!!!

They have great prices but because of my experience I cannot recommend them.

Well, before I bought my items from 21 RUN I was ready for everything, reviews from TRUST PILOT ware not encouraging, but I decide to go and see what would happen, previously I had some bad experience with BIKE 24 and I have manege to sort everything out, so you could say that I am experienced with trouble management from ordering stuff on-line :-)

My experience is super positive.
First positive thing was discount promo that I receive for my first shopping.
Second thing is price fluctuation, at the day when I did my shopping the prices ware lowest to my surprise.
Third thing was fast shipping, 6 days from ordering to my front doors in Croatia.
Forth thing was good packaging, nicely strapped and taped package.

Things that can annoy people are 2 day email replay, my advise is that in your first mail give as much information as possible so that you do not go back and forth with mails, because that could take a long time :-)
Be sure to log in to site, so that price can be corrected for your country.

With my experience, only thing I can do is recommend this shop.

The product and price was right, service was quick, with shipping via UPS.

21runc.com's prices are made up of Base Price, Handling & Packaging and Shipping fee. It is a bit confusing the Handling & Packaging part is country specific. When an item is added to the shopping basket, the price goes up. In addition to the shipping fee. A different pricing scheme would make prices more transparent.

I can only say thank you 21run.com for exceptional service. Coupon code worked, product availability was present and not to mention fast delivery.

I am definitely buying again soon.

Nice website and delivery on time.

I ordered some shoes 2 weeks ago and I still did not receive the shoes.
In the web page they say its processing but in reality they just charge the money but no shoes...
They just say they had a problem with a supplier and they don't know wen the shoes will be available to be sent but in the website they say the shoes are available.
The shoes were delivered way after the promised date and the customer service was less than helpful.
Keep away from these guys !!!!!

I've had the same experience several times now. Find items to buy, log in, prices go up!
Today: Gel Kayano shoes went from 116 Euro to 122 Euro with a few clicks.

So: Watch out when shopping here.

at the site the running shoes are "lieferbar", so there was stock. now at this moment there still is according to the site, but they are not able to deliver. I've asked when they will deliver, because the site is saying they are at stock. due to stockproblems at the vendor they can't say, but as soon as possible.
when i tell them that ther is stock at the site and it's misleading "marketing" to there customers they don't answer.
I will not buy there anymore....

I ordered two pair of shoes. Both were in stock in the website. One of them was delivered (after some claims) 10 days later. The second one, 28 days later, is not delivered already. I requested them to send me other ones in another color as they were available in stock in the web, but they said that was not possible because there was no stock... I requested for a refund five days ago, and they said ok to the refund, but nothing has been refunded.

Worst online shopping experience of all times.

I have now two times placed an order on goods in Stock. Normally I have only good experience here, but this time they have any of the shooes, which was in Stock on the HomePage. So take care her.
