Great prices and excellent costumer service
I ordered two pair of shoes from 21run.com a few weeks ago. When I noticed a defect with one of the pairs (due to the manufacturing process, not caused by the store) 21run was fast in responding to my message and let me exchange the shoes for a new pair without cost.
When the second pair had the same issue the store was again very accomodating. Despite issues with the quality of the shoes themselves the contact with 21run has been exceptional. Great customer service with answers within a couple of hours and prices that stores in Sweden are far from matching.

I receive my trainers in November 2020. Unfortunately there was a fault with them. I contacted 21run. And they said if I sent the trainers back and send proof of postage they will send me a full refund. I paid £13.50 for postage out my own money. When I sent proof they said they can't send me a replacement til they receive the trainers. Unfortunately with the post office problems it took over a month for the trainers to arrive back. But 21run were not willing to refund me for that period. Meaning me as a customer was £180 out of pocket. When the trainers arrived it took over a week for the company to respond to me. There first response was they can only give me 3/4s of the money back. (I had wore them for a mile which gave me alot of foot pain because the tongue was faulty). I had to threaten the company by saying I had contacted the ECC and would take legal action. Eventually I got a full refund. But the whole process was nearly 2 months. Very poor customer service.

FRAUD COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM €150 in the hole
Terrible. Ordered a pair of sneakers (€150) and never got them. Tried to contact the company by email, telephone, and facebook but no reply. Will make a claim through my bank against them to recoup money, but what a headache. I strongly advise against buying from this company. It's a sham and fraud. DON'T DO IT.
Update: I have now finally made it through to their customer service, but they were quite unhelpful. They refused to refund the order and insisted that the package had been handed over to GLS and that I should take it up with them. I have been in touch with GLS who confirmed via email that they have not received the order. When I track the package on their system, it tells me that they have received data on the package, but that the package has not been handed over to them. I quote from the Dutch GLS website: "The parcel data was entered into the GLS IT system; the parcel was not yet handed over to GLS."

Terrible return policy and service.
Ordered new shoes and the site was and looked like a swedish web shop. Ok delivery time but when I felt the shoes where half a size to small and wanted to return and chage size it appeared that I need to pay and send the return to Netherlands wich would cost around 40Euros. Terrible service when asking about this and feel fooled.

Items received quickly. Good prices, good website and clear communication about order progress. I'd use again. Cannot comment on resolving problems or organising returns.

I’d no problems and I’ve now got a pair of ASICS GT-2000.

Got my Nike gloves today which I'm pleased about as i play for a football team and it's coming winter, I seen a few negative reviews but they were from last year so I went along and purchased them and it came on time.
Fast shipping and smooth transaction
Saw a lot of negative reviews but not the case at my end. Many reviews complained about the return and refund policy, which is fair enough. To me, I suggest people test the shoes in the local store (if possible) and get your shoe size confirmed instead of generating too much CO2 during buy-ship-return process.

Long delivery time
Long delivery time, took 2 weeks before I had my shoes, even thought they where ins stock. After 1 week I still hadn't heard a word from them, so I asked where my order is, and they said they just shipped it.
The website is pretty nice thought, but please - put some effort into delivery, in your FAQ section it says about 72hrs for deliveries to Sweden, where I live.
Quick And Efficient
Good, legit website despite the older reviews from a year back. Friendly customer service via Facebook and items came to me just as shown on website. Would recommend despite the year old reviews.

Completely fine
These guys were the only ones with Saucony endorphin pros in stock, so I took a risk despite the negative reviews here. They arrived bang on time, exactly as advertised. I didn't need to get excellent customer service because everything was fine, which is great in my book.

Asked for a refund and returned the item, I DIDN'T EVER RECEIVE MY REFUND. I have emailed twice and no reply only to find out my 'ticket' was cancelled and the case closed. I still haven't received my refund back.

I ordered some compression tights for running with 21run. When I placed the order it said the tights were in stock. I was looking forward to trying out the compression tights during my training for an up coming marathon to see if they would be suitable for the big day.
They never arrived.
I sent numerous emails to 21run, but only ever received automated replies to say they will contact me in 3 days time -no one ever contacted me.
Finally I wrote a complaint to 21run via their website. Only then did I receive a reply: They were cancelling my order (!!!!)
After a long wait and many emails I never received the compression tights and I was not given an explanation or apology -to date my credit card hasn't been reimbursed for the tights either, so I am out of pocket and I didn't have any compression tights for my marathon training.
The marathon is coming up, I wish I had had the time to trial some compression tights before the big day!!!
