Items were fine, delivery options somewhat inconvenient. Was to something called BOXEN and I had to make quite a detour to reach and pickup.

Everything was excellent!

The product was delivered on time as promised, and I paid extra to receive it within 24 hours. Product arrived promptly, which means I made the right decision by investng in expedited shipping.
Under normal circumstances,product is typically delivered within 2-3 days.
One of the orders was a gift for my son. He was delighted with phone holder, and he uses it frequently.

The eyeglass napkin was also a hit, as it was the perfect size.
Delivery time was perfect. I would definitely use the 24-hour service again.
I also appreciate the website and service. Perhaps I will give it another five stars next time.
Product works well, and seller responsive and reliable. I'm grateful for their prompt response.

I bought a firestick tv and paid extra for express delivery, which after a few days didn’t arrive. Got in contact with customer support “Johan” and he said because it was holiday it would arrive today 30th December. Turns out DBShenker doesn’t even have information on my package yet and they are still waiting to recieve so they can deliver. I purchased on the 23rd and said 1-2 days would be delivered

I ordered a battery charger which was specified to work with my camera but it didn’t

Absolute worthless company, bought a trimmer and wasn’t happy with it so had to return it immediately. They declined to send refund because the package was opened. How else would a customer be able to see a product without opening it?
Buy from Amazon instead.

Lightning fast shipping, and the products are as described. I'm fairly pleased. (I rarely ever am, so it's high praise.)

I received no timming for receving my parcel by the post; Only the date. No SMS, no email, nothing about the time of the day. I was lucky that I was home when they delivered it but they didn't even ring the door bell!!!! Someone else could easily pick it up if I hadn't chat with the customer service exactly at the time of the delivery. As I said this irresponsible behavior by the post service to your agent online, she said it's their way not our responsibility but I told her you can avoid having contract with them when they are this irresponsible. I see most of the shop I buy from have a reasonable delivery service with specific timming. She behaved in a way that it is not 24.se responsibility as if they don't care if the parcel get stolen. So I told her this was the first and the last time I would buy from 24.se! And the el kettle warm-up option doesn't work!!! It just boils the water to different temperatures. And after a while, it gets cold.

I have not received my package, I had contacted the customer service and no reply except the acknowledge email yet I got to answer about the product review and customer service support evaluation and rating it.

The product is not arriving on time. On the other hand, ordering and customer service went smoothly.

The prices and delivery time were perfect. The products were not as good. The colors are not as vivid as in the pictures specially for dark eyes

Everything was great, the one star I reduced because the product delivery time was not as mentioned, I paid extra to get the product in 24 hours but the product was delivered in 48 hours. Which means I should have not given the extra money for speeding the process as the product reaches to customer withing 2 two 3 days in normal conditions. Otherwise everything was great.

Disappointing Experience with 24.se

I recently purchased two Nedis Adaptersats för montering av icke-Vesa-monitor 13-27" and a Vertikalt skrivbordsfäste för 2 datorskärmar 17-32" from 24.se, with a total of 625kr. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. After deciding that the adapters did not meet my expectations, I returned both items. However, 24.se refused to accept one of the returned adapters, despite it being unopened and unused.

The situation has caused me unnecessary stress and frustration. I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a resolution, but I am still being asked to pay for the item. As a loyal customer who trusted the quality of their service, I expected a more fair and professional handling of the return.

I am now stuck in an unfair situation, still waiting for a response to what should be a simple issue. I hope others will be cautious when purchasing from 24.se, as their return process seems to be less customer-friendly than I expected.

The support itself was fine when I contacted them about a defective alarm clock. The light wouldn't work. They sent me a replacement clock immediately, so that was great, but you couldn't even set the time! The button was defective, but the light worked fine.
I should have bought them from Temu, same bad quality but cheaper!
