BE CAREFUL - Would not trust them with the remote for my TV

I am not convinced a lot of these reviews are genuine and whilst its only my opinion it would appear they think 1 star is the best, possibly the brief was not clear enough and maybe other review sites rate 1 the best and 5 the worst..... all 1 star reviews appear highly positive so I thought I would take a similar theme to my review and give them a 5 rating.

From my own experience I deposited £250 to have a "give it a dry"... I was curious.

I didn't answer too many phone calls in the early stages as they were desperate to assign me an account manager. By ignoring them this may have worked against me but I had read other reviews on other websites that had warned me their advisers are very pushy and use a lot of classic lines to try and sell more.

After about a week I had lost 20% of my money so bored and wanting to move on, I tried to cash out. The withdrawal was rejected and I received a phone call from my "account manager" as they had my money I thought i was possibly worth answering. After a quick conversation I suggested I just wanted my money back and I lot count of the number of old school lines that were used on me. The one I do remember was "so you don't want to make money"...... of course I do you clown. I was told to let him show me the platform and how it works and I wont fail to make profits. Hook, line and sinker I agreed that he could phone me back tomorrow when I time to go through. The days past and no phone call and once again bored I decided to make a few trades......once again another £50 down so tried again to withdraw what was not £144 and guess what another phone call. They are just desperate to show me the platform...... guess what I don't care I wont my money back.

If something sounds too good to be true invariably is, £100 lost to demonstrate this theory so anyone investing in this platform be very careful, you would have a better odds of a win if you out your life savings on Red or Black at a roulette table.

In a casino there tends to only ever be 1 winner, you or the casino.

With 24Option there is 2, 24Option and your "account manager" as I am guessing they will be rewarded handsomely for keeping you engaged whilst you are tipped upside down and shook until your pockets are empty.

I set up an account but thankfully…

I set up an account but thankfully didn’t provide my bank details and put the £250 deposit in as I read the reviews and decided I didn’t want to deal with this company.
Over the past two weeks I’ve had at least 4-5 calls from different people every day from this company getting very angry that I did not want to go ahead. I have asked them many times to delete my account.
One agent asked me why in a very angry manner 5 times in one call.
I would definitely not use them and don’t waste your money

Don’t use 24 option

I recommend to don’t use this platform if you don’t have lot of money in your account. My manager was horrible I lost lot of money on taking bad position. Of course this manager isn’t Jesus Christ but when he tall you that the price will turn down , or this position is a very good deal, you want trust him. And for that you needs to put more money. They said they make money about ours profit and not about the deposit but after this experience I am sure that not. They are liar and a bad personn using this bad period to make money.

Horrible Brokers

Horrible company, they are very aggressive in sales like "why don't you wanna invest now? why? give me a good reason why? don't you wanna make some extra cash ??? make some money come !"

And if I answer "I'm sorry I'm not ready to invest now". She closes the line in the middle of the sentence

Poor standards.

Hi
I joined 24options on the 13th April with £250.
The following day I was called by my account trader.
He told me £250 wasn’t enough and that I would need to increase it into the thousands.
The pressure that is applied is totally out of order and very unprofessional, even after I said I don’t have the money , the reply being “ well why don’t you try”.
I asked for a refund of £250 and then being told I would be charged £80 fee to withdraw.
The only good thing I would say is that the customer services were very good and the refund took a few days minus £80.
I’m not happy being charged £80 when the fault is theirs for pressuring me to increase my deposit.
STAY AWAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are crooks. If I could give zero stars I would. They started off by saying they could make me a thousands. I only started out with a small amount but the bad advise from them started from day one. Lost that amount, so I decided to put another small amount in. Then another and before you know it, you have lost more than a small amount and then you are chasing. This company hounded me with 4 calls a day asking for me to increase my free margin or ill lose what i have put in. Once your in that situation, you can't get out and you keep putting more in to save what you have put in. I now have a very large debt because of this company (and yes my stupidity) but these people shouldn't be allowed to do this. Praying on the weakness of others, hounding them and giving bad advise for them to lose your money on purpose. This has put me off trading for life. I've just about managed to keep my house and my family. They destroy lives.

Well - at least I haven't got COVID-19!

Well .. as always I went in with the minimum - in this case £250. But then .. Poof! Gone, never to be seen again, my account has locked up and nobody answers any of my emails. That wouldn't be so bad, but I now see they've been milking my credit card. I don't yet know how much has gone. ☹

A complete con

A complete con. I started the process of enrolling, but then withdrew as I decided that I was too inexperienced. The company had already taken £250, and after some time they returned £177.30. Despite various requests to return the balance, I have been met with stoney silence.

Go nowhere near this company.

Do not put money into this platform!!

Do not put money into this platform!!
This is the biggest scamming company ever.
I have been trading for years with etoro and other platforms.
I put a small amount of money to try it out and left them there for a month as i was away, when i got back i found there was hardly anything left as they just take money out of your account monthly if u are not trading.
As well, very aggressive calling in the beginning and then when i found out they cleaned my account, i asked for a call back but never heard from anybody.
Do not give this platform your money, u won't see them again!

If I could give minus 3 stars I…

If I could give minus 3 stars I would!!! After making an initial investment I then waited for the account manager to call as arranged - and waited - and waited. I tried the web chat and just kept being told that he would contact me. Still nothing. When I said I wanted to cancel the account, I was told that under the terms and conditions, if I had not made 2 trades, and I wanted my initial investment back, it would cost me 80 euros. I kept explaining that the account manager had not contacted me, and as I ‘d made it clear from the start, I had no trading experience, so couldn’t make 2 trades, as I didn’t know how. They just kept telling me he would contact me. We just kept going round in frustrating circles. Still no contact. In the end, they got fed up of me bugging them, and said they’d refund me fully, but a week later still nothing. They’ve closed my account, so I can no longer bug them on web chat, but still no refund.
Moral of my misery: if you want to invest, check the company out on Trustpilot first, where hopefully you will find this review!!!
