Want a broker who will listen to you

Want a broker who will listen to you, well 24option quote this on there web search pages, but do they listen? The actual answer is NO, they want me to deposit £25000, I said NO, he hung up on me, 2 minutes later, he had another crack at getting £25000 out of me, again I said NO, (account manager) "I am wasting my time with you" and hung up again on me. Following day and after hanging up on me twice, he obviously believes in 3rd time lucky, £25000 again, again I said NO, clearly they don't listen. They will badger you into depositing, even if it means maxing out your credit cards (dont do it), you have to LISTEN TO THEM, not the other way around, they will tell you, and you must listen and comply. I tried withdrawing my money, apparently I had to update my information, send it within 5 days or we will cancel your withdrawl request (I sent it within 36 hours, and they still cancelled my withdrawl request), obviously still not listening. Enough is enough, now going to involve FCA and solicitors, see if they will listen to them. MY ADVICE, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

24/10/18 had a call from none other than 24OPTION, told them my solicitor now has full control of my account, take it up with him.

25/10/18 Access denied to my account.

Next bit is strange as I never put in another withdrawl request, maybe the SOLICITOR BEING IN CONTROL OF MY ACCOUNT GOT THEM WORRIED.

26/10/18 Just received 85% of my balance in my bank account, just waiting for remaining 15% which I can now confirm has been paid into one of my other accounts. My 24OPTION nightmare is finally over, I hope people read this before deciding to deposit, now going to celebrate, good luck all.

Stay away!!

The only thing more dangerous than binary option scammers are the even worse scammers who 'help you' get your money back from brokers. never works, total scams. Traders beware! If you flushed your money down the toilet with a binary broker then just learn your lesson and move on, there is no money to recover, just scammers looking to take more of your money. These "asset recovery" scammers leave their email addresses everywhere like below looking for more Rubes. Stay away

They took my money from my account for…

They took my money from my account for taxes ... almost 200 pounds for 3 months because I wasn't able to trade. What kind of taxes are that? I didn't lose so much money while I was trading ... Could be much more customer friendly organised and not aiming to take as much money as possible !

Pressurising Crooks

STAY ALERT | AVOID 24OPTION | SAVE YOUR MONEY! (and sanity)

This company pressurises you into opening an account and investing by constantly bombarding you with phone calls making false promises and emails to the point that it is considered illegal practice. If you are unlucky enough to fall for their lies then they will charge you daily fees for open trades and charge you "dormancy" fees for not using your money and not withdrawing it. The explanation for dormancy fees is "We require this fee in order to avoid inactive accounts and keeping client's money unnecessarily."... what kind of company needs to charge you for holding your money!! - its just an excuse to rob you. THIS COMPANY ARE A LOAD OF CROOKS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Join 24 Option and be ready to fight for your money when withdrawal time come!

I wouldn't say is a scam but the service is poor. My account manager (Bledar S.) was supportive until i opted to withdraw then he stopped supporting me. I was trading with them and I experienced difficulties with trading and I withdrew. My bank (Capitec) refused to release the money to me and i told them to reverse it back to the source rather which was 24 option and the bank did. My account manager advised me to open another bank account where I will be able to withdraw my money. I had a situation that I cannot continue trading and he understood and said he would help i must send a bank statement of the new bank acc and I did send documents i had and he never responded. Then trying to follow up , support desk told me that I never started withdrawing and I withdrew following the steps. Since early last week I haven't received my money and when I did a follow up today I am being told that they are holding my money because I did not send a letter saying that I closed the bank account i used for depositing. If I had not followed up i wouldn't have known. If you want to join 24 option be ready to fight when you are withdrawing which is irony to what they do when you are joining them. They become CROOKSSSSSSSSS!

Ive been in the business over 10 years

Ive been in the business over 10 years. Rule one, always use a reputable broker. Do the research its easy, it takes 5 sec on their website you can firstly see 24Option is a bucket shop, a con.. easy to find their location and license, not reputable. Then start the application process and see the sharks gather. You will receive dozens of calls, emails to urge you to invest. Why the rush? Obviously the sales rep gets commission, and then they use small print to charge fees and more fees. Lastly with all that said, would you want them to have your card and ID details. Why not a payment option like paypal, or wire transfer for say 50usd, nope they cant scam you as well out of your money that way. Again be careful traders, there are more bucket shops than reliable brokers out there.

I had no experience in trading

I had no experience in trading, and then I've read a lot of articles, but such theory material is veeeery boooooring for me. Anyway, I had to try it. Before, I've managed to register, I've read carefully about possible risks, and what I've also noticed that other brokers are trying to avoid this part. I made my first min. deposit and in a few weeks I've lost it. However, I've decided to replenish some additional money, and last week, finally, I've been successful. I liked the way a personal analytics guy, or how do you call them, spoke to me. Just a little tip, guys, read before you start trading, otherwise you will face the negative experience.

I opened my account with a little…

I opened my account with a little deposit and in a matter of several weeks while I could not use the account for personal reasons all my money was gone. They said I was charged dormancy fees I was not aware of. They called me hundreds times to convince me to start trading but they never mentioned that they were deducting above fees. A greedy sector for greedy ruthless people. Better stay away.

I recently tried to get back my deposit…

I recently tried to get back my deposit as I am abroad and unable to use the platform. Lo and behold, they have told me that because the account is dormant they have deducted any fees, (there were no fees advertised) and guess what? Their deductions exactly equal the amount deposited. They have told me that they are not obliged to send me notification of fees to be deducted, something apparently that I agreed to in the small print in accepting. Ha ha. I willl contact watchdog. This company needs to be investigated and shut down.
I NEVER LOOKED AT TRUSTPILOT BEFORE I SENT THEM MONEY.
It seems they have a terrible reputation, one of the worst for ratings.
Follow the advice and do not send this company your money. They will somehow take it from you and not feel guilty in any respect. Seems fraudulent to me.

I had started trading with IQ Options

I had started trading with IQ Options, which was going very well, so I decided to invest $106,000, not understanding the whole company is a fraud. At the time it had my trust, even though I was very cautious. I did trading with it for nine months. Then the main guy I was dealing with did a trade with the total amount on bitcoin, and I lost the lot!  Luckily was introduced Binaryoptionrecoveryspecialist.com within a week, to my surprise all my funds were recovered thank you so much.

Money taken from my account!

Last year I joined 24option to give it ago. And left around £350 in my account. I had not been on there in ages and then signed back into my account to find my £350 gone! So I contacted them and they said that they had taken the funds out of my account because I had not been on there in ages they decided to fine me for in and that it was all in the terms and conditions. They are a scam to me as I left the money in there so I can trade and never thought that they would take money from my account because I had not been on there for a while.

I should of looked at the terms and conditions so I am partly to blame but never thought this would happen as they made it sound like a great way to trade.

I asked for a phone call back and the live team said someone will call me back around 4pm today and surprise surprise no phone call has happened.

So if your looking to join up to 24option then please please read the terms and conditions first.

My experience with 24option.com

My experience with 24option.com: I don't necessarily think 24option.com is a scam - but I looked at their impressive website and signed up but didn't go through the full process of submitting details. They phoned me a few days later and said they'd talk me through it - how to make trades etc - and I thought it was a nice touch. Then they said I'd missed my opportunity of using the demo online for free to practice but I could still do that if I made a minimum deposit of 100.00 quid. I was fairly keen, so decided to do this.

When I came across other reviews however, a few days later, I started to see a bunch of people who were having problems getting their money back from them. This being the case I asked for a refund - and they deducted 50.00 quid.

Their small print says you must finish giving them pictures of your credit card etc to prove who you are - or they will deduct 50.00 - it also says if you don't do more than 1 trade they will deduct 50.00. It also says not withstanding that, they will charge you 10.00 per month if these 2 things don't apply, in account fees.

Bear in mind they hadn't told me any of this when i made my first payment - and I hadn't gotten around to speaking to my account manager which would justify any charges for them spending time with me at my behest - and I had cancelled within a few days of opening my account with them (well within the 14 day cooling off period) so that I find while they do have these T&C's, they are a little too slick by not telling you any of this and encouraging you to quickly make a deposit over the telephone. I think it's more a matter of rogue trading and sharp practice and so I have assed this is not a good company to do business with, as they have poor ethics.

Not withstanding this, they already make a fair amount of money on the buy/sell price, then they charge 'swap' fees that they apply 3 times on a Wednesday. For example, I looked at trading BitcoinUSD on my demo account ....at time of writing this you can buy at 6513.55 but sell a 6438.75. During the demo I bought 0.01 of a lot (the smallest amount) but what they call a 'swap' fee was something like 350 quid so I'd have to make the difference between the buy and sell price and the swap fee before I made any money. I'm not sure if the swap fee is charged every Wednesday or not - presumably so - but I wasn't with them long enough to find out. I saw lots of complaints on this forum where people had issues taking their money back out again and said they were owed 000's and had to fight for it to get it back. Others said they got bad advice and were pushed/encouraged to spend more and then they lost everything. Apparently they also charge more than most companies. If they aren't scam artists then they are certainly running close to the wire so it's a case of buyer beware.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RIP_OFF CON

ABsolute joke - made a deposit, couldn't verify my account asked for it to be closed, they told me there was a £50 fee. I complained. 2 months later they took all of my money in inactivity fees without telling me and refused a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS the worst experience I ever had.

In the name of data security you have to send all of your data unsecured

Joined as the first step in to Bitcoin, entered my email and phone number for verification purposes, clicked enter and my phone rang.
I ignored that call while trying to set up the rest of the account and got a second, then third, then fourth call from two different numbers, I googled the numbers and they are Geolinked IP calls, with complaints about nuisance calls for illustrious industries like double glazing sales and PPI claims.

Eventually one left a voicemail telling me that I needed to answer a call to verify my phone number, I answered the next call where they told me I needed to provide a picture of my driving license and a utility bill either through the web or on the app (which is not available in the UK) The web client wouldn't allow the pictures to upload so I had to email them.

After emailing them the pictures I got another series of phone calls asking me to add funds before they could allow me access to the demo system. I added the minimum transaction fee of 100 Euros in to my account. They wouldn't give time to do any set-up without phoning.

I was then told that a mentor would phone me to talk me through what to do on the test system, I finally managed to log in and realised that it was not for me, it was way to complicated and not what I was looking for as a first step.

I processed a withdrawal of my 100 Euros and got an email conformation, I followed up the following day to see how long it would take for the refund. I got another series of phone calls and an email saying I needed to send a photo of the front and back of my bank card to verify my account.
The very notion that I should, after making a payment with a card and request a refund to the exact same card within 4 hours, have to provide a picture of it to prove I am not ripping THEM off.........

So I am now in a situation where a smug customer service person keeps sending me a link to the terms and condescending emails, withholding my cash until I send them a picture of my bank card.

I have asked for an escalation to another person and a channel to lodge a complaint but this has been ignored.

Avoid at all costs unless you want an explosion of phonecalls from the start. Calls from UK IP non-UK call centres and compromise all data security by sending photos of all your important documents to a stranger along with a photo of your bank card.
