1st time purchase promising.
Very good reviews, when i contact you regards headlights i ordered being delayed didn't relies it was a pre order,lady explained this and said i can be refunded if wished but will wait for them to be del,no more to say until i find that they have turned up 🙏👍🤪

aftermarket lights
I ordered some aftermarket lights for my BMW, they were packaged fantastic amd delivered the next day, unfortunitly the wrong ones were accidently sent out to me but after a quick phonecall to callum the correct ones were delivered the next day and the wrong ones collected, 10/10 for service and customer satisfaction, excellent company

Don't expect help if you experience an issue with a product
Had a problem with the LED headlights I purchased for my MK2 Audi TT .
After making contact with 2xcite (Callum) they/he Initially agreed to resolve the issue.
This was utimately a lie and after many weeks of waiting for a response they unexpectedly blocked me on ebay and subsequently ignored my multiple follow up emails thereafter.
It has now been 3 months and nothing has happened or progressed since.
I am really not happy with 2xcite, all they did was show themselves to be unprofessional and untrustworthy.
After this poor expensive experience, I would not recommend 2xcite to anyone reading my review or considering new lights👎
