Great shop for all your cycling needs. I have bought three bikes from them over the years and they always offer honest and pragmatic advice. Will give you honest advice on what you need and what you probably won't need. I have also bought a lot of gear from them over the years and they are consistently friendly and helpful.

Great team in the shop
Great team in the shop . Very helpful and prompt with support . 360 provides a great service for my cargo bike .
Good job!
Work well done with friendly, efficient service, over many years. Unsure about most recent date.
My one quibble is that I was advised that the bike would have to be left at the shop, booking in advance, for possibly two or three days before I could be guaranteed that the job would be completed. This never happens with my car … it’s booked in for a particular day and time and everything is sorted unless a part is out of stock.
Thank you.
I bought 2 Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres
I bought two Schwalbe Marathon Plus Puncture Resistant tyres to replace the Schwalbe Citizen tyres that came with the bike. I'd had to deal with 2 punctures in a year with the Citizens and hope that the Marathons will be more reliable. So far so good. Quick and easy ordering and fast delivery at a reasonable price.

We bought a bike for our 6 year old, a seamless buying experience. The guys in 360 guided us on best bike based on his age & ability & something that would grow with him. He had his first run on it today & absolutely loves it. We’ve been customers for 360 for many years buying various bikes or accessories for our family & they never steer us wrong. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I only bought a packet of ball bearings, cost €1.25, but the service was as good as if I'd spent hundreds.
Bike unsafe post service with chain snapping and breaks not working
A few weeks ago I left a five star review. However I have to be honest here and say that this second review post work is a fair reflection of my experience this time around.
Ordinarily I find the team v good to deal with. Unfortunately this time has been a terrible experience. I left the bike in for a service and had new brake pads and a brake bleed also done. When I received the bike back the breaks were not working properly. I phoned and queried this and I was informed that they needed time to bed down. A couple of weeks later the breaks were still not working properly. The full chain replacement I had done a couple of weeks prior then snapped completely. With no breaks and no chain I almost had a terrible accident as I had no control over the bike. I had to walk the bike home for over 7km in the lashing rain. When I called the company to detail the mechanical failures of the work they had carried out I was informed that they were doing me a favour in collecting the bike for a repair.
As the bike is my means of transport and a replacement bike was never offered I’m not entirely sure how they would imagine they were doing me a favour. I was lucky I wasn’t hurt or that I didn’t hurt anyone else. It is outrageous that the new chain would snap and that new break pads I had just gotten replaced would fail.
Worst experience I’ve had at this normally good bike shop. V disappointing, wasted a lot of money and time on a fault ridden service and chain replacement.
I have been using 360 cycles for well…
I have been using 360 cycles for well over 10 years and they are exceptional to deal with in every way.
Their knowledge of the sport quite apart from the products is inspiring.
Their attention to detail is best in class and they always give good value.
I was preparing for a charity cycle in the ring of Kerry this year and the 360 team gave me great advice which really helped on the day, completing 180km
