I had an issue with my PC Tower power supply it kept failing to launch & made a ticking noise for 10 minutes for it to actually work, so I went to 3B systems & their were very polite & I waited a few days for it to get fixed & did an excellent job it launched straight away & no irritating noise either, any issues with your computer I highly recommend 3B Systems their will do an excellent job, thank you very much.

I visited this company for the first time ever today as I had a problem with a brand new work computer. They solved the problem there and then. This saved me a great deal of work, worry and hassle. I've been using 3B Systems for around 20 years now, firstly at the Bowlers computer market in Manchester, and now from their home base in Nelson.. I've never shopped at a more honest and customer oriented retailer as 3B, they will not sell anything unsuitable just for the sake of making money.

We recently visited 3B SYSTEMS from Pendle Leisure Trust to purchase a printer and a power lead for our Body Analyser used in our leisure facilities, and we couldn't be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional.

The showroom was spacious, beautifully set out, and spotlessly clean, with clear and organized labelling that made it easy to find what we were looking for. The variety of products was impressive, with everything from computers to chairs at very reasonable prices.

The team went above and beyond to help us. Not only did they assist in choosing the perfect printer, but they also dug out a power lead for the Body Analyser—something we didn't expect them to have in stock! The customer service was truly outstanding, and they guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise.

We received 5-star service from start to finish. It’s so important to support family-run businesses like 3B SYSTEMS, especially when they deliver a level of care that’s hard to find in larger retail chains. Thank you again for the fantastic experience!

In Mid-May 2024 I bought a gaming computer for myself from 3B Systems. This PC was intended for using Microsoft Flight Simulator intensively, which required a mid-high end PC. This PC was listed under 3B's "Flight Simulator" section. (Performance review further down due to chronology)

The base PC costed £749, but they offer upgrades, which in my case took the total to £858.

*This is the only option for this mandatory upgrade
**While this was a mandatory upgrade, there were other choices (e.g USB 300Mbps WiFi Adapter)

Note: I did not request a Windows License, and left the "Windows Operating System" upgrade field blank.

Delivery was smooth, and from ordering it on a Thursday night, it was delivered on the following Monday Morning. This is in line with the websites claim of "2-3 working day delivery".
I was given an Order Number, and then proceeded to type it into the APC Overnight Order Tracking Website as well as my Delivery Postcode. This gave me precise tracking times, including Dispatch, Arrival at Hub, and Out for Delivery timestamps.

The website itself wasn't super clear about the ports present on the machine, only containing the following information:

"USB: USB2.0 & 3.0 ports (ask for the specific of front and rear ports)"

However, they did provide the type of motherboard, from which I was able to gain a rough idea of the ports provided. However, with the machine now delivered, I can tell you the precise ports available.

8 USB ports (4x 3.0, 4x 2.0)*
1x HDMI
1x DisplayPort
1x 3 point RCA port
1x Output 3.5mm Jack
1x Input 3.5mm Jack

*One of these ports arrived broken, marking the only negative I can find with my order.

Note: Bluetooth is NOT included, and needs to be purchased separately in the form of a USB receiver if required.

-------------------------PC on arrival & Performance Review---------------------

2 Separate boxes arrived, one of which housing the actual PC, and the other all of the boxes of components and various basic tools for repairing the PC.
The PC was entirely Pre-built except for 2 WiFi antennas that I had selected in the Upgrade section, but they were incredibly simple to install, with detailed instructions provided.

Even though I had not requested a Windows Install and License, they had pre-installed the Unlicensed version of Windows, which I thought was incredibly helpful.

They also pre-installed essential software, such as Google Chrome, Temperature and Usage monitors for the PC, and Benchmarks.

The background was 3B Systems Branded, but was easily changeable, even with the Unlicensed version of windows, by downloading an image and using Right Click -> Set as Desktop Background.

The PC ran even smoother and faster than expected, giving a solid 60FPS on Ultra Settings in Microsoft Flight Simulator, about 10FPS above the predicted benchmark.

TL;DR

Cons:
- Scarce information about ports provided on Website
- 1/8 USB ports came broken (although company claims they would have repaired it and paid for delivery if I could have been bothered to send it back)
- Branded background set as default (although easily changeable even in Unlicensed Windows

Overall, I would Highly Recommend 3B Systems.

I went in on Friday after visiting a different PC shop (wont mention the name!) Long story short things where not right and time was of the essence, Been a Trader on the stock market, It was paramount I had my PC back ASAP!. Needing some very specific parts I called 3B systems to a friendly welcome, and having everything I need in stock! I expressed my urgency and could see how busy these guys are (for very good reason!) Friday afternoon peak time no questions asked PC straight on the bench!! I left knowing my baby was in good hands, but I wouldn't receive her back until Saturday! .... To my absolute astonishment, I receive a phone call at 4.15PM telling me my PC is fixed and undergone vagarous testing! Unquestionable dedication and experience on they part. Thank you ever so much! I would recommend 3B systems over any PC shop within 100 Miles! Buy cheap, Buy twice! Don't bother wasting your time looking elsewhere! Time is money, and these guys are the professionals! 6 STARS! Flawless Victory!

I can only leave one review at a time, So I returned Saturday after a great experience, and upgraded my RAM. Same deal again these Pro's new the urgency, (I called Prior!) Straight on the bench again! PC stripped, drivers updated, Tested and perfect! All in about the time it took to go for a morning coffee! Also I must mention, The 5 mins I was in the shop chatting to the pleasant fellows and dropping off my PC,I must have seen 10 - 15 customers come and go all happy, and staff constantly restocking! (For very good reason!) Thank you Again, League of their own these boys! See you Monday, Seen some unbeatable prices on a any king of component you need!, But for me a new GPU is in sight! See you Monday. Flawless customer service, And some of the nicest and understanding people I have ever met! (also got a good bit of banter!) 7 STARS!!

I have ordered from this company a few times now and have to post a review for them as I am very impressed with their service.

Even though it’s always been custom built PCs, they’ve all arrived within 2 days ! Super speedy service. Perfectly packaged, easy to just switch on and go, all you need to do is put in your windows key and off you go. Comes with all the boxes of all the components too in case you need them.

When I phoned them a few times with the last PC they were lovely, helpful and honest.

This PC that arrived today has also been utterly faultless from start to finish and I will definitely order from them again.

Highly recommended.

Used this company many years ago at the computer fairs , so searched them out again on internet when I wanted a new specPC , spoke to Nosh and Saj they made me up an excellent machine quite quick all fully configured and ready to go , picked up at their store and received excellent service would fully recommend no problem , they truly understand customer service thx lads

Fast and reasonably priced, I had a damaged case so needed everything transferred, was picked up 28th returned 30th, was kept informed of the work being done, welcome back Customer Service .. others take note.

The only shop in the North West where I've managed to find both a Ryzen 5600X CPU and an RTX 3070 GPU in December 2020.

Prices were completely reasonable and not stupidly inflated like all the scalpers on eBay!

Ordered a PC, 2 days later it arrived, unfortunately the motherboard was faulty and after speaking to Nosh on the phone, and him patiently talking me through a few troubleshoots, he arranged for it to be collected, no qualms, no questions. Sent me out a new one 2 days later. Incredible machine, well built.
