Horrendous experience

They never answer or call back when you call them. Fake phone support. They advertised an Easter special on Facebook which I emailed them on and they responded that they made a mistake on the ad and didn't honor it. if you have support issue they are gonna tell you to take numerous pictures and videos with the purpose to frustrate you (Rhoni). I spent alot of money on their toucan scanner which arrived with a scratch on the back and the battery was completely drained. they offered me $50 dollar compensation for a 2000 dollar scanner. Emails take 12 hours minimum response time and their excuse it the time zone difference. Must be the China time zone difference? By the way the scanner is not as friendly as their videos that show people just scanning away seamlessly without issues, their is constant loss which you have to refocus and your hands will be killing you after a full scan is completed from all the back and forth readjustments needed cause the scanner keeps loosing track. The customer service is horrendous and think they are doing you a favor rather then providing customer service of their products they sold you.

So far not impressed

Ordered a toucan scanner. Mid October emailed got told mine would be sent to me by the end of October. Emailed on the 31st to get update was told Europe customers won't get theirs until hopefully end of December but more like January. So far the customer service has been terrible you kind of feel like the think they are doing you a favour by responding. Seriously considering cancelling my order.
