Do not order from this website


Do not order from this website. Especially "GLOBAL" version. They take your money, stall you for a month, not answer to support, do not refund you, and do not ship your order. just say wait 2-3 month, after that if something happend to your order its not our problem. we revise your issue for another 90 days.

So its 6 month problem for your money.

Didnt even tried this scanner (because didnt get it), but dont want to deal with this comany anymore.

Probably the worst company I've had to deal with

Bought a scanner off there website which said 3 to 6 days delivery and would be shipped from Germany. After 3 days I emailed asking for an update. Got an email back saying it had shipped with a tracking number. Checked it said label created. Another 3 days and still says label created. Email again now it will be shipped one day. No dates no nothing couldn't even tell me if it would be this year. This company's website makes out that it's a western company who has customers in mind couldn't be further from the truth. If they can't even ship a package without problems I can't imagine the product would be much better.

This company takes your money and lie…

This company takes your money and lie to you about why they haven't sent you your scanner, it's just one excuse after another. Every email takes at least 36 hrs to get an answer if you live in the uk as for whatever stupid reason the customer services department in in California and the Logistics department is in China and the time differences make communication nearly impossible! and then 9 times out of 10 all you get back is a bot response! My advice is avoid buying anything from this company and lets all just sit back and laugh as they go bust! Avoid at all costs.

Wish I believed the other reviews

Ordered the Scanner on 21/11/2024 and paid by credit card.

Tried to cancel it six working days later as it still showed as not being sent.

Revopoint told me I couldn’t cancel as the order had already been shipped, but I could send it back unopened at a cost of £22 and get a refund.

56 days later I contacted Revopoint again to ask if they were really, really, sure it had been sent as the shipping status still hadn’t changed on their website, and I still hadn’t received anything?

Was told I’d have to wait 10 days to find out because they were all on holiday.

10 days later the refund did arrived, but I've got two month's worth or credit card interest on the amount, which could have been avoided if they'd simply been honest/competant and cancelled the order when I first asked.

I did ask for compensation for the interest in one email (knowing they'd try and weasel out of course - it was more to test their moral compass), but I guess they've forgotten to send that - just like the scanner itself.

the scanner looses track too often

I have the Pop2, the Range and the Mini, I have tried to use them may be 30 or 40 times, on toys, shoes, and people faces, but all their scanners loose track very often, and when the track is resumed you get double surfaces and it's a pain to clean the model. I tried different lightings, using opaque spray on black or reflective surfaces, but the result still has very poor quality. I would say the biggest problems are dark surfaces (even light brown) and loosing track every 5 seconds, and once the track is lost, the result is likely to be unusable. Using markers sometimes helps but not always. I have stopped using their scanners for more than a year or so, because my iphone gives better results with Polycam or Scaniverse.

Poor Product and Horrible Customer Service

I purchased the Miraco with the understanding they had a firm "No Hassle" return policy within the first 14 days in which you have it. This was critical because I had never used it in person.

Ultimately I decided it did not perform in a way that was useful, at all, and then went to return it after 4 days, a task which turned into several week's long back and forth over emails. I was finally able to get confirmation I would be refunded if I returned it and still after over a week has passed since they received it I have still not received a refund AND I have to go through another barrage of emails to get that moving forward. Overall I have spent more than a month just trying to return the Miraco and it had been a very aggravating process.

Terrible company to work with and a really ineffective product for taking 3d scans.

Tried to buy miraco

Tried to buy miraco. After finding out Canadians pay 1799usd vs 1299usd for a USA resident I ditched the idea. I've bought alot of tech gear over the years and never seen this. FYI- I did confirm with revopoint it is 1799usd and not 1799cdn after exchange rate. Bizarre. They lose a customer with me.

My Experience with the revopoint mini…

My Experience with the revopoint mini has been outstanding. I'm a jeweller and even though the scans are not actually usable for replicating or rendering per say. They are very accurate and to scale. This has cut my workflow by half making weds to fit on intricate engagement rings. No more measuring and trial 3d printing more than once to check.

I was unfortunate to have a failure with my scanner and Revopoint is at the top in terms of customer service. Replacement was sent within 5 days. Contact was kept all the way through, I can not praise them enough.

Keep up the good work!

The level of scanned model detail is great, software cover mobile and desktop. With the help of calibration tool, it will be even better.
