Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. Especially "GLOBAL" version. They take your money, stall you for a month, not answer to support, do not refund you, and do not ship your order. just say wait 2-3 month, after that if something happend to your order its not our problem. we revise your issue for another 90 days.

So its 6 month problem for your money.

Didnt even tried this scanner (because didnt get it), but dont want to deal with this comany anymore.

Concern changed to relief..

Ordered a scanner direct from their web site, late on 10th November 2025 (R332330001). The detail on their web site said that it would be shipped from Germany to the UK to arrive within 6 days.
After two days the order was still showing on their web site as ‘not shipped’ so I emailed them, only to discover that the item had started it’s delivery, FROM CHINA!
I chose not to pay extra for the ‘delivery guarantee’.
It is now 16 Nov and the tracking shows that it has left Heathrow and is on it's way - 4hrs ago it was in Germany so I should receive it tomorrow.
The tracking info. and notifications could have been better from their web site but I should get it within the 6 days and they did respond to messaging well.

I consistently have a great interaction…

I consistently have a great interaction with the Revopoint3D customer support team. In my latest interaction they took extreme care in understanding the root cause of my issue and, in short order, were able to rectify the issue in expedient fashion and to my satisfaction.

They flagged my transaction as a medium…

They flagged my transaction as a medium risk and then never called me. Asked me to send government issued ID and other documents to verify that I am me. I told them I was uncomfortable sending them anymore. I'd say buy on AMAZON. I don't fully trust this company.

Their 3D scanners are great.

This website is the Official website of Revopoint 3D. You can download all the instruction documents and the softwares. The are many technical articles for you. Futher, you can see many vivid models on it.

If you want to get contact with the guest service team, you can click the service button to contact them directly.

In the end, their 3d scanners are all great.
