I’m not sure if they are being deliberately unhelpful or are just generally incompetent.
I signed up with their hosting on Feb 10, 2022, because they confirmed that they could migrate my hosting from another provider to 3iHost. After the migration, the websites worked, but the emails and other DNS-related services did NOT work. I patiently waited for 3iHost support to resolve the issues but a.) support was extremely unresponsive, b.) nothing got resolved. C.) most importantly, my business was being affected negatively This was extremely unprofessional. Finally, I ran out of patience, and I left 3iHost and signed up with another hosting company on April 14, 2022, and asked them to terminate my account.
At the beginning of Jul 2023, I noticed that there were a bunch of charges on my card which were very unusual charges because the description of the charge read PACKAGE* INVOICE, that's it. No company name, and no clear description whatsoever. I immediately canceled that card of course.
Then I found that 3iHost started changing me 452 days after I left them.
I sent them an email and CC'ed my bank as well but they still are sending me invoices.
YES THEY ARE CHEAP AND THEREFORE INCOMPETENT!
