I’m not sure if they are being deliberately unhelpful or are just generally incompetent.

I signed up with their hosting on Feb 10, 2022, because they confirmed that they could migrate my hosting from another provider to 3iHost. After the migration, the websites worked, but the emails and other DNS-related services did NOT work. I patiently waited for 3iHost support to resolve the issues but a.) support was extremely unresponsive, b.) nothing got resolved. C.) most importantly, my business was being affected negatively This was extremely unprofessional. Finally, I ran out of patience, and I left 3iHost and signed up with another hosting company on April 14, 2022, and asked them to terminate my account.

At the beginning of Jul 2023, I noticed that there were a bunch of charges on my card which were very unusual charges because the description of the charge read PACKAGE* INVOICE, that's it. No company name, and no clear description whatsoever. I immediately canceled that card of course.

Then I found that 3iHost started changing me 452 days after I left them.

I sent them an email and CC'ed my bank as well but they still are sending me invoices.

YES THEY ARE CHEAP AND THEREFORE INCOMPETENT!

Check out their contact website, no proper addresses, their Facebook link does NOT work.

I recently purchased hosting from 3ihost and their service and support is just too amazing. I'm very glad with their service.

3iHost support is always prompt, polite, and to the point. Hosting is of course far superior to the two hosts I tried before… names not to be mentioned. 3iHost is highly worthwhile in service and support.

A company using nulled WHMCS billing system, can you trust a company which is not paying to use applications, they will run away after collecting money anytime, save your money and STAY AWAY

Personally I'm using 3iHosts Shared Hosting that sever Location is Germany, Europe. Support and Speed are Great. Overall I'm Happy with the Hosting.

It's cheap! The support is responsive. It's not completely built out in my opinion. I believe that their workflows need to be verified to make sure onboarding is a better experience for their customers. A few of the links didn't take me to the right spot, which meant that I have had several delays waiting for the next step. I have found some Lorenipsum text and content in another language. This is very beta, so if you buy bring your patience.

They are simply amazing.
I highly recommend this to all new traders!

First seconds make the impression.
After 15 minutes of signing up I am still waiting in the client area to have my account active. I don't understand why this is such a long process, I have just signed up ! Imagine when I am gonna have issues. I expect reactivity

They Ban you for No Apparent Reason!
They don't even give you a warning or a Reason they will just suspend your account after some time. I got their hosting from appsumo!
