I agree with other comments that the company is not transparent about their delivery policy. I ordered iPhone 11 one week ago. When I went back to check status of my order I was very surprised to read that it was dispatched 30 October 2020 and it will be delivered 7th December 2020, tracking information will be available 4th December. When I tried to call them - our lines are currently closed due to COVID. I would not order from them if I knew there are 8 weeks waiting time.

Are you going to get iPhone 12s in stock?

Be Warned:
I recently ordered an iPhone from 3pin and found their delivery information misleading. Be warned that whilst they imply that UK delivery would be within 3 days, because the item may come from any warehouse mine is taking 25. I’m regretting not paying and extra £99 get it from a reputable company - my mistake but money is really tight at the moment and being without a phone isn’t going to help

I’m response to the comment below I did read the information but feel it’s easy to misinterpret and so wanted to warn other people that’s all. I don’t feel the information is clear, you do and it’s ok to have a difference of opinion I just want to avoid someone else making the mistake I made - is that so bad?

As my review states I am just warning people that the delivery period isn’t necessarily clear - well wasn’t to me anyway. Why is a constructive review met with such aggression? That doesn’t seem very professional to me but I’m sure we both have better things to be doing than going over it again and again. I thought as a consumer I should be entitled to my opinion. I didn’t say don’t buy or don’t use this site just be warned

Edit: what waste of time! Waited nearly 2 months for them to do this!
Edit: contacted bank and they said wait until the 30th to claim the refund as that was the delivery time :(

Reviewing on behalf of order #1484
I purchased a Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb Space Grey on the 10th of October and it is estimated to arrive on the 9th-30th of November. I'll update this review when the product arrives.
Edit: 17th of November now and still haven't received it. I emailed them for a update and they replied back just with "will be delivered on 30th". Hopefully it arrives before 30th. Im still very worried that it might turn out to be a scam :(

I order a iphone 11 and while ordering the confirmation screen went blank and emailed 3pins they said do it again I so I did. The next morning got an email saying delivery will be approx 4 December so panic cancelled. 3pins Replied can not cancel as left warehouse.
Then notice on my orders two iPhones where on order emailed 3 pins and explained
This morning looked on credit card 2lots of £429 taken and one refunded many thanks 3 pins looking to receiving my phone will be worth the wait thanks again

Will update the review on a weekly basis hopefully, should not take much longer. 🤞

Week 0: Enquired about the product with a bunch of queries answered in a lightning-fast way by customer service (Great job, initially was under the impression it was an AI bot!).

Week 0: Considering the price segment and answered queries, ordered the iPhone 11 Pro model, apparently, it was a pot of luck, that it got shipped from Warehouse 3 (16th Oct 2020).

Week 1, 2: Visited the website to read some reviews and checked the order status.

Week 3: Patiently waiting and wished that there was a way to track the item from Day 1 when it shipped from Warehouse 3.

Week 4: Checked the reviews as usual, though got to say the number of reviews is like the stock market (fluctuating). I think reported reviews are way higher than actual ones that are present 🤣. Don't want to judge the reason behind it, except wait!

Week 5: Contacted support to query the status of delivery, the response was "it will be delivered on 4/12".
Since a lot of things are happening now, there are few concerns:
* Why there was no year mentioned in the response?
* All phones are taken off from the website, wondering if all them went out of stock at the same time?
* Checked with the bank to get some assurance whether there were any CPA/recurring payments on the card at all from the same company (there were none).
* It seems like most of the people review say their expected delivery is between 22nd Nov to 11th Dec 2020, which is strange, how come so many deliveries on those dates?
These things are keeping me on the edge now, but will keep a watch closely over the next week or until the item is delivered which is supposed to be on 4th Dec 2020. 🤞

Week 5: Website closed and asked for a refund. No response. So finally proved to a scam or order couldn't be fulfilled due to stupid reasons. Hope to file a case against them soon.

I ordered an item just over a week ago from this Company. It clearly stated the length of time it could take to receive the order on the website depending which warehouse it would be sent from. I fully understood and accepted this. My item is to be sent from Australia and obviously will take I understand up to 30 working days to arrive. But I accepted this to get a fantastic price on my item. So please read carefully the information on delivery and stop complaining about it taking so long to receive your item if it's yourself who hasn't read and understood the details.

This company is not fair. It does not mention if the ordered product is in stock. I ordered a Samsung galaxy note phone, I paid and now he informs me that I will receive it within 47 days from the warehouse in Australia. I have not had such problems with other suppliers, although they were far away.

I am pleased to have bought the Apple IPhone SE 2020 64GB for an unbelievably low price. Customer service also reply promptly to emails. Unfortunately, I did not notice that the order could take up to 20-35 business days. So, (if you include the weekends) it could be 47 days until I receive the order - this is according to my order email. In hindsight, more transparency on the website is needed: an indication of which country/ warehouse your product will be shipped from before the order is processed.

In reply to customer service: That is not true. I placed my order on 10/08/2020, order no. ***9.

Simple no frills fitness tracking products which integrate easily with my droid devices. Can’t be bothered spending three figures on a brand name smart watch when they are all made in the same part of the world.

Service from 3pinproducts was hassle free and I like they are only operating via email as it no more long phone line queue

Seems like a HUGE Scam to me.

Look at the profiles of people leaving 5-star and 4-star reviews. These profiles have reviews left at the same time/day as the review for 3pinproducts, then there is no activity at all...

Be very careful with a card payment as this is handled via an external website.

Use your common sense and remember the old adage -If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is...

Customer service is spot on

Never go longer than half hour for a reply, even on weekends. Other online businesses should take a look at 3pinproducts on how to deliver effective and prompt customer service.
