Supposed to get Royal Mail tracking but company owner has done a runner. No doubt it was a scam giving people unrealistic timescales just so the owner can plan his escape.

Trustpilot shame on you for not identifying and removing legitimate reviews instead of fakes

Out of business - went on their website to check my order status, now saying that they've gone bust and asking to use the credit card company to get my money back. They said they won't dispute it and I sure hope they wouldn't. What a disappointing experience after waiting for my iPad for a month. Total time wasters. I will never ever buy from shops like this again and will pay more for certainty and speed from Amazon and John Lewis. If there are a lot of dodgy reviews, no social channels, you've never bought from them before, don't bother. There is no smoke without fire and you can potentially be losing a lot of money. Also if you had the same experience as me, make sure you take a screenshot of their website now so that you've got proof for your bank.

They confirmed on Monday my iPhone had been shipped and was due for delivery on between 13th Nov-4th Dec. Now website down and claiming will honour refunds. But if the product was ordered and paid for and has been dispatched it should come. Contact your banks and try and get your money back. Also how can 3pinproducts report peoples reviews for misuse if they failed to honour orders??

Initially I was unconcerned about lengthy delivery time I was given, especially as the company was rated 4 stars here when I made my purchase. As time went on and I saw other people’s stories/concerns and their similar delivery estimates, regardless of the date they ordered, I became more and more uneasy. Even more so when my order number was in the 3000s when most were reporting theirs in the 1000s even though I ordered mid October.
It’s really upsetting and exhausting to now have to be faffing with chargebacks, banks, forms etc when all you want is the product ordered (which I now still have to purchase elsewhere). I’m fortunate I only bought 1 item and it was at the lower end price-wise. Still, I paid by debit card and have no guarantees I’ll get it back. I just hope my bank act swiftly and fairly in the dispute. I’ve reported to ActionFraud for all the good it’ll do. Good luck everyone who dealt with this awful company and the human being behind it who’s taken a swipe at our hard earned money!

But there has to be a way to nab this guy! Although most people will get their money back from their banks, the banks still lose out! Please can I request everyone to report to Action Fraud UK and their local police. He will pull up a scam again in few months! Please help save other people!!

Hi, I was unfortunately scammed by both the companies (order nr #1424 10/10/2020 £669) you can see here. TrustPilot by now must have identified 3PinProducts as a scam company as they have been removing a ridiculous amount of their negative reviews . They have several times promised to check on the authenticity of the company and failed. 3 Pin Products is a scam and has closed its trading services today. Their rapid responses also finished today yet they are still reporting reviews on this joke of a website. If their website reopens and my review isn’t deleted then spend your money somewhere else. Luckily I paid with a debit card and I’m in contact with my bank.
This is the last time I ever use use this website since I believe it may be participating in these scams.
Good work TrustPilot keep hiding the scammers .

ZERO STARS! I was told I could not cancel my order on 2nd November because they told me it was already shipped and on it’s way! Had emailed them a few times and they kept on reassuring me!
I will ring my Bank tomorrow. I will NEVER EVER trust an independent internet company again!

I sent emails to these people as when ordering I seen five days delivery and when the email came it was late December
I told them this was unacceptable and the emails I got back was you have to wait as it’s coming from Asia I told them unacceptable and told them to refund they refused I’m now contacting my credit card company and I suggest no one use this company malachy Gordon

I have ordered an IPad from 3 Pin Products as they (to be fair) are the cheapest out there.
I saw the returns times and free delivery for 5 days at the latest.
However, when I had another look it was going to take 6 weeks. It would arrive around the 16th
of December 2020.
I don’t believe it would arrive during the Xmas rush so I asked for a refund.
I was told point blank by 3 Pin Products they would not issue a refund and it was my fault I didn’t look at the delivery
Dates. I’ve been told my statutory rights says they must honour this and return my money.
They still refused.
They told me the IPads are coming from Malaysia, hence the 6 weeks wait. (They never mentioned this on their website.)
IPads are made in China which makes me believe they are counterfeit IPads.

If I ever get my IPad or refund I will let you know. But, I won’t hold my breath.
I wouldn’t buy anything from this company again. keep your money.

Ordered ipad pro 2020 £509 ordered end of October. Stated delivery from Australia emailed for them to confirm and had a quick response although I am really nervous about this as some reviews are very un-setteling.

Will update on 7th december which is my estimated day of arrival.

Update: the item of course didn’t arrive and the company has ceased trading. Unfortunately, by all appearances, 3pinproducts was a scam.

iPad order confirmed and dispatched on 6th October with estimated delivery between 3rd and 24th November. Communications were good. We’re now one week before the end of the delivery window. I will update the review on 25th November to report whether delivery took place. If this review disappears, it will not be my doing and should be taken as a cautionary sign. If all goes well, I will upgrade my rating which is provisional.

Tomorrow starts the estimated delivery date ,contact has been great with company but some of the reviews are a bit worrying, also the good ones are from people who have only made one review in history,I am not usually a reviewer but still will give them the benefit of the doubt.

I have ordered from this company and my item is due for arrival between 11/11 and 2/12. I have emailed them 3 times now just to confirm whether my item delivery is still on track. When I purchased, they were quite helpful and answered my emails, now I just receive no reply and I cannot help, but to be skeptical and think I was scammed.
I am going to involve fraud police UK to help in assessing if this company is too good to be true.
One should always reassure your customers especially if there is bad company reports out there

I went ahead with the order knowing about the delivery and I have received an email from 3PinProducts the order will get delivered on 01-Dec-2020. This is an interim review and I have marked it 5 stars as nothing has been deviated since my order.
If this review is taken down by 3PinProducts or my order doesn’t get fulfilled by 01-Dec-2020 then this company is not considered trustworthy.
I will update this review based on my order progress. Hope 3PinProducts can keep up their word.

** UPDATE ** 16-Nov-2020 – I have been following a few threads on the internet about potential customer (I am not able to confirm though) who placed order like me. Interestingly, I have heard that Order number 1088 has been fulfilled now (I take no responsibility here, do your own research - hotukdeals discussions/has-anyone-ever-bought-anything-from-this-website-is-it-legit-3564693#thread-comments). I have a sliver of hope that my order will get fulfilled. Rest assured I will keep everyone updated.

** UPDATE ** 18-Nov-2020 –I am aware of a customer who has the delivery date as 22nd Nov 2020. He has promised to provide an update after 22nd Nov, let us hope for the best. I also see that the mobile phones and iPads are not listed in 3PinPoducts now and I got to know that they have run out of stock.

** UPDATE ** 20-Nov-2020 – 3PinProducts has finally shut shop now, so, what they mentioned early was false and the product was never dispatched. I am raising a chargeback.

*UPDATE* - Never again. Should always trust your gut feeling. TrustPilot itself is to blame for allowing anyone to write reviews without being verified. Started dispute with my credit card company so hopefully can get my money back. There is a ton of information about the owner of this site and we need to put a stop to him as this isn’t the first or the last time that he will do this. If you dig a little deeper all the information will come up.

I purchased IPhone SE 2020 on Oct 11, 2020 for 100 pound less than the market price. I was confused about the authenticity of site but gave it a try after reading some good reviews. Prices are too good to be true but I do believe that we get good deals sometimes. It’s been 30 days now and their is no update or tracking no to at least see if they had already shipped the phone.
Their response over email is instant but the reason for not having tracking details is “ the item is coming by sea in containers and they cannot track”
Lol, who will believe this kind of stuff. I told them to cancel the order but they refused and asked to send back the phone once I got it.
I finally sent an email today asking the true information about the product with honesty but no response came back. Not sure about other positive reviews but my experience is negative. I wanted to give zero stars but cannot so selected 1 star only.
With regards to one of the reviews by other user saying that the no of reviews are fluctuating, it is true because when I checked the reviews month before, they were around 150 plus and at the time posting this review, there are just 100 plus so I do not understand , how trust pilot or vendor is deleting reviews. At last I would only say to investigate thoroughly when you find prices too good to be true
Dear 3pinproduct, if you are reading the review and may think of saying like you said to other reviewers that i never bought from you, here is my order id 1523 Dt 11/10/2020. Be kind enough and refund the amount back. I will update the refund information on this review too.
Update 17/11/20 - Company has stopped responding to my emails for more than a week. The delivery date is between Nov 9th and Nov 30th. I am pretty sure, I will not get the product but let's see what happens. Keep an eye on my review as I will be updating the outcome.

This is an interim review. The customer support is excellent and responses are super fast. I have placed an order of phone last week and will have to wait till Dec 9 to receive my order.
Will update the review after receiving my order. The wait is really long and I am quite hopeful it would be worth it.

Do not call their phone number it’s premium rate number, cost me £0.52 for 5 second connection.

They stupidly challenged my review to get it deleted, I provided trustpilot with copy of my phone bill with the evidence. My stupidity for falling for a dodgy looking website.

Ordered an iPhone 11 pro over a month ago, seller said to "be quick as stock is running low, and won't be getting anymore in" I ordered an hour later.
Then, next day, I get an email saying my order will be delivered over a month later due to being shipped from warehouse 3. ( I was under the impression my order would be sent from UK)
I ask to cancel as I don't want to wait that long, seller refuses as apparently its now on the boat.
Wait 2 weeks, suspicion arises, tech address takes you to a barclay bank on the High Street.
Start looking into it more, website seems lacking, comms remain great throughout. Sellers only leg to stand on is that the company has been open a year ( I started a company a year ago) start looking into it and the owner of the company owned one previously.
Contact my credit card company, they said they'll do a charge back temporarily, and if my item does arrive, they will cancel the charge back.
Seller cancels my order and says he has blocked my ip address.
