Only thing I am disappointed in is in the past we have had free next day delivery on orders over a certain value. This has now been stopped & charged for next day delivery without the option for a cheaper 2-3 day delivery.

Unfortunately with the continued financial pressures on the market (largely driven by the weakness of the pound), we reached a position where we had to review all our costs, prices and the viability of supporting free shipping.
To sustain the free shipping model we would have had to increase our product prices across a catalogue of over twenty-thousand products and the mathematical modelling revealed that it was actually fairer and more advantageous to our customers to separate out the shipping charges and keep the product prices to the absolute minimum.
We do recognise that this model won't suit every customer (most notably the very low value orders) but we sincerely believe that we are better serving the majority of our customers through the transparency of separating the delivery charge out, providing next day services as standard and keeping the product prices as low as possible.
Of course, the shipping charge is often only a contribution ... when you look for example at an order for 20 boxes of padded envelopes (a very common requirement), it costs us many times more than the delivery fee we charge to deliver.

I see you have placed 7 orders with us since January 2017 but I cannot see any customer service tickets as being raised against any of those orders (we open one whenever a customer reports a problem) and our system show no records of the envelope sizes & manufacturer that you have ordered being returned over the last 12 months. so I am unable to investigate further.
We would certainly like to get to the bottom of the problem that you report here. Normally we would swap out faulty products and return them to our supplier for investigation/rectification and this should have been offered to you instantly.
If you would like to get in touch with our Customer Care Team we would be more than happy to look into this for you. My sincere apologies to you that you did not experience a better level of service first time round.
