Ok for use at home, BUT

Ok for use at home, but as soon as you go abroad, no service. Could not connect to any network no matter what settings I altered. My phone would only work on wi-fi when on hols. Very poor, will definately seek another supplier. Save yourself the grief and don't bother.

It's a big yep! Multi year customer no issues since switching over

0 problems since I switched a couple years ago. You just manage your sub yourself or automate it. It's simple service that works well for me.

Great service, only one complaint, i cannot get 48.ie to take the monthly payment automatically! - i have to try to remember to do it each month!

Update 19.06.2026 still waiting when 48.ie unblock my sim card, this company to bring me a lot trouble and they just apologized

good coverage and price, but the WORST support team in the world, completely non-working. I was without connection for more than a week, lost clients and money, just because at first they could not bind my number to the new SIM card and then I waited another 8 days for the new SIM and I'm still waiting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND it's DISGRACEFUL

No Coverage outside country

Stranded in Barcelona with no Idea that my phone would not work. I did everything - my companions tried everything, but no service. This is not what I expected or I would have made alternate arrangements. Will shortly be doing so

Can't send or receive sms

Can't send or receive sms during my contract. Spend 2 hours talking to an agent doing what they said. No solution. Told it will be escalated to another team and I'll receive an sms whenever I can. So I'm not getting the service I paid for, asked for a refund or a free month next month or some kind of action to back up the "sorry for the inconvenience". Nothing. We don't do cancelation. So I've paid, can't send or receive texts for how long? God knows. Any compensation for that or 2 hours trying to solve it? No. Not worth it. I won't ever pay for 48 again.
