I bought 4DDiG Partition Manager to…

I bought 4DDiG Partition Manager to clone the OS from one drive to another. The cloning seemed successful, but Windows still wouldn't boot from the new drive. It only showed a black screen with a cursor. According to forums, this is because the software can't handle EFI volumes.

My attempt to get a refund failed. Communication with support was incredibly strange. The same weird questions and advice kept repeating. When I suggested I couldn't log into Windows, they responded, "Right-click on our program icon and look at the version number." And so it is everywhere.
It's either a chat bot or just a bot.

I also left a negative review on the official website, but guess what? It never showed up. Surprise surprise :-)

Regarding the boot issue you described, Windows startup behavior after disk cloning can be affected by several factors, including boot mode (UEFI/Legacy), partition structure, and BIOS/boot order settings. 4DDiG Partition Manager supports UEFI/GPT systems, but in some cases additional configuration may be required after cloning. We regret that this was not clearly explained and that the outcome was not what you needed.

Concerning your interaction with our support team, we sincerely apologize if our responses felt repetitive or unhelpful. Our agents follow diagnostic checklists to understand each situation, but we acknowledge that in your case this led to confusion, especially since the system could not boot. Your feedback highlights an area where we must improve our communication.

4DDIG is a scam for Tenorshare to steal your money.

Bought 4DDIG to use once to clone disk. Tenorshare signed me up for a lifelong subscription and started deducted monthly subscription fees from my credit card. Got no action when I told them to cancel everything. Only solution was to cancel my credit card and get a new one.
NEVER LET THEM GET HOLD OF YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS - YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

I paid for their program

I paid for their program, tried it, never worked. Asked for a refund, they kept asking questions impossible to answer. I was offered a lifetime subscription of the program I don’t want to use. Tiffanny I see you.

Another way to make fun of our minds…

Another way to make fun of our minds !!!

I subscribed to this program to help me recover deleted files. It scanned my device for more 10 days and when I discovered the problem I mailed them .

However, there were several problems, the most important of which were:
1/ The program splits large files into several unnamed parts.
2/ A large portion of the files were also unnamed.
3/ Many of the files were corrupted , damaged and unopenable, which forced me to delete them it all.

I reported the complaint to the relevant management, and after presenting the problem, they wanted to compensate me with a 50% discount, in addition to the lifetime program.
But I refused and asked for return the full amount I had subscribed.

Later, they contacted me a few days ago to offer compensation.
But after these days, they wanted to contact me again to resolve the issue.
After several correspondences, I was informed that they would not compensate me because it has been more than 30 days.

The thing I hate most is procrastination and then blaming others.

I want full refund!!!!

Review: Disappointing results, refund refused

Review:
I purchased 4DDiG for one month to fix and enhance some photos, but the results were unusable – the images became distorted and of even lower quality. I provided proof (several example photos) and requested a refund within the 30-day period. After long email exchanges, the company refused, saying they could not confirm a technical issue.

This was very disappointing. The product did not deliver what was promised, and the customer service was unhelpful. Be cautious before purchasing – especially if you expect reliable photo enhancement.

4DDiG helped my Micro SD card data

I use notebook PC. It contains Micro SD Slot.
So I save a lot of permanent files.
One day I added a USB HDD. And it formatted.
But unfortunate, I formatted Micro SD.
I confused about the accident. Then I searched a product for recovery. And looked at a 4DDiG.
Soon I used it to the Micro SD. Luckly over 95% of files recovered.

The software failed totally in…

The software failed totally in recovering some files from an SD card.
Tenorshare demanded copies of what files were recovered even though they were unusable. I couldn't send these as they were too large - 13GB.
Request for a refund as per their website promise was refused.

Advertised as free

Advertised as free, went to use it and prompted I pay before I could do anything or see anything it supposedly found item wise which ended up just being the items I put in my recycle bin, windows 10 hp computer just the hard drive. Have contacted the support and they're trying to blame me and refuse to refund me for their crummy product not working. I had to try 4 others before I finally found one that recovered half the photos I lost and yet they want all this "proof" before they'll even consider refunding anything. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'm a single person on a single income with bills to pay and the fact I spent money trying to to save photos from a shoot that would have helped pay my bills yet instead i wasted about $100 on this software to have no helpful results I'm extremely annoyed and angry especially with the fact they're trying to blame me for their crummy product.

Dont waste your time unless...

Do not try it if you don't want to use it more then one time. They let you install and scan and after you can only preview unless you buy it. And they are not cheap... I was expecting something like this but 2$ for a recovery but is just a waste of time this app... I really hate this marketing tehnique.

For this reason, I cannot cancel my subscription and money is constantly being withdrawn from my account. I no longer need to use the product, but payment is still being made.
