This app is a complete scam. After paying for the app, I haven't received an activation code for over 4 hours. I've written to customer support several times and nothing.

Basically a complete scam, recovered nothing, sent a request via the support channel to cancel my subscription which they confirmed, they have now charged me for another month. Avoid.

The product only produces 0 byte files when supposedly enhancing a video. The 1.5 hours to produce this rubbish on a 15MB file is definitely not worth 1% of the asking price. Its a con. All videos have failed the same way and the pictures are just not enhanced either.

All the 5 star reviews seem very suspect as well. They are mostly Asians and the company is based in Hong Kong. You do the math.

I would say that the percentage of lost files being recovered is definitely not 99, but much lower, in my case it was good if about 10% were recovered, because most of the files were useless, did not open. The ones that were recovered had such a reduced quality that there was no point in them anyway. I needed to recover a specific time period with pictures, which were nicely chronologically arranged in the preview section, but after restoring it was visible that the files had been replaced with completely different ones. Big disappointment. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! their cancellation policy is just as moronic and complicated.

This company is natural scam, nothing works, just asking money, do not buy it

Terrible product. Had limited capacity to retrieve deleted files. Easy to use.......but unfortunately useless

Avoid this app, it work but the company it's just tricky and fraudy. I've subscribed a week for this program and they have billed for three weeks, it's extremely hard to cancel the subscription, I've called my bank to block this fraud. Stay away from them.

It feels great to be able to use a really useful tool for the first time in a long time. I was unhappy with the low resolution of the AI-generated image, but it's so simple to switch to a high-definition image that you can have the best experience. If you're hesitating, you don't have to do that anymore.

It's so good that you can use it anywhere. Thanks to you, I'm enjoying the game comfortably at home. I bought an additional 1mac to use it on my laptop because I tried it and liked it, but I asked because there was a problem with logging in, and I received a reply very quickly. Thank you

Easy to use, Provides clean and simple UI app, even the performance is the best.

Great vpn, free trial is a great way to see if this works for you. I used it for ar apps like pokemon go and had no troubles

the program does not repair windows 11 bluescreens, pseudo technical support believes that they will refund the money if there is a technical problem with the program then they refund the money, they are told that the program does not repair errors, so they say that they can offer another free version of the program, scam, run away as far as possible

The program was slow to respond, slow to work, and then completely fell on its face and stopped itself after a few hours of making 0% progress.

Great customer support and good product. I tried the product "Tenorshare 4DDiG" to retrieve deleted videos from an SD card, previews were not available in order to make a judgment whether to buy the license or not so I contacted the support. The reply was amazingly quick and I was provided with a license just to try out the product. Some files were retrieved but could not be played directly in any of the video players as they were corrupted. After using another tool to fix the corrupted videos, I got some fractions of the videos, but honestly I am not sure if any of the other similar products in the market could provide a better result. So all in all I am impressed with the solution oriented mindset of the Tenorshare team.
