Very helpful, quick resolution
The agent who helped me, John, was very helpful and explained everything well and my issue was resolved quickly and my WiFi now works with no issues.
He also had some good small talk to fill the gaps where we were waiting for the router to update itself.
Would recommend, he was very helpful

Martin 4th Utility - Great Customer Service
Martin was a great help. I was facing issues with my broadband connection and he took the time to listen to my issues and help resolve them in a timely manner. He also helped with changing my direct debit payment days so that I wouldn’t have to phone back to alter that which i really appreciate.

Getting advice about router settings
Adnan was very helpful, he understood what I was trying to achieve and was able to solve my issue
Previously 4thUtility had been very good at initial setup time (back in January) identifying where I had made a mistake, I feel that selecting them was a good idea, my previous provider seemed to have been stuck in their orange spacesuit when they did not listen to my concerns
