I can't give 1 star as the item arrived…but use a credit card!
I can't give 1 star as the item arrived (a mirror) but it arrived smashed and getting through to 5pm/wowcher is next to impossible. They don't respond to their customer service emails, the their WhatsApp number has responded a few times but now stopped communicating.
Just be sure to buy anything on a credit card so you can apply for a refund using chargeback if anything goes wrong is all I would say
Update to 5pm : I have tried emailing the following email addresses info at 5pm.co.uk
salessupport at thelocalpeople.co.uk, and the whatsapp number 7917 171746 with no luck. Let me know how to escalate please?

Good little place
We had a great experience here recently. First time visited the restaurant. Very good and attentive service. The food was really good, especially the pizza! We took one star away because they didn’t have a great choice of beers on tap, only Tennets was available. We were expecting some Italian options since it is an Italian restaurant so was a bit disappointed by that. However, we would still recommend the place.

NOT HAPPY WITH ORDER GOING THROUGH WITHOUT BEING CONFIRMED
I hadn’t finished doing my order when the payment was taken automatically. Looking into this I had no knowledge my card details had been saved from a previous transaction that I am not happy about!
Further to this I hadn’t a chance to put a discount code App15 against my order!
I did intend to get in touch with 5pm.com to ask if this could be rectified and I could get my 15% refunded
