I don’t do much online shopping

I don’t do much online shopping, and couldn’t get to Perth. Typed in scooters for a 12 year old and your business came up, and it was the easiest purchase I have done. So you have that bit right. Lol The scooter was a compete success. So when we need a bigger bike I will be back. Very prompt service, thank you.

Fantastic experience - Rever step through e-bike

I purchased a step through e-bike from Brendan at Morley 99 Bikes and it was a great experience. The team put my bike together the same morning and it was ready to go for me, with a full introduction to the bike and its features. Brendan was really nice and spent a lot of time with me helping to pick the right bike and showing me the features of each of them. I can’t rate this team high enough, the service has been nothing but exceptional from the second I stepped through their front door. I have recommended them to everyone I know and next time I need a bike or accessories I will be heading back to Morley 99 Bikes without a doubt.

Not a great experience.

Tyre pressures were almost flat on pick up, the seat is so hard and thin and the front shock leaks.

I purchased a helmet. …

I purchased a helmet and the sales person was very very helpful. Great knowledge and service.
My husband purchased a e-bike but unfortunately with his very bad back it was not suitable, what a very helpful and pleasant experience we had with 99 bikes. Could not recommend them enough.

Ordering the bike and the service was good but product quality was terrible

Ordering the bike and the service was quick and easy, the bike was delivered within a week but the actual quality of the bike I got (which was the academy aspire 2023) was terrible, they cheaped out on everything besides the frame and fork, everything else was poor quality at best, the sprocket was heavy but still way to cheap and thin and after only a week it bent after bunny hopping, and the crankset squeaks a bit with the other sprocket I put on, as well as the handle bars being to small and they felt weird,

I was a little disappointed that the cassette on the trainer didn't fit my road bike chain. It is advertised as coming with the cassette already installed, I had to go to my local bike shop and spend another 120$ on an 8 speed cassette and tools to change it

The reps are very knowledgeable.

The reps are very knowledgeable.
I went to pick up a click-collect order and needed some extra parts for my bike. they helped me get the correct quantities so i could finish my bike project.
