Extremely Professional & Polite

I had a call back regarding my ending contract from Chloe at A1 Comms, it is very rare that I provide feedback on people however I felt I had to make an exception.
Chloe was extremely professional and provided detailed information on all my questions while being human which is so rare to see in telemarketing.
If any managers see this, take note!

Great service!

Nicola and Tonia have been great during the process of upgrading our phones. All questions have been quickly responded to any queries or requests were looked into and resolved. Would definitely recommend A1.

Mis-sold, charged incorrectly and then ignored

I was contacted by A1 Comms to upgrade early on my phone contract. Their sales agent said if I upgraded early then they would cover the remaining cost of my contract and I would not be charged any early upgrade fees. I was happy with the process and service up until my first bill, in which £100 was taken straight from my account, when I had agreed £51 per month.

I inspected my bill and realised I had been charged and not credited for an early upgrade fee, contrary to my agreement. I rang up A1 comms and they informed me I would need to send them a copy of my last 3 mobile phones invoices from EE and evidence of the money being taken from my account by email. They would then pick this up and resolve this. I had no problem with this, errors can happen which is fine as long as they are rectified and resolved quickly.

I sent over the information on 21/08 and after multiple emails and an attempted phone call since then chasing for an update, I have heard nothing back at all. I then rang up 07/09 and was informed by customer service that they cannot access sales emails or notes, despite being the same company, so have no record of my email and if I want them to look into this I would need to send another email to the customer service email and they would then get to this in 4 days time.

I feel I have been purposely mis-sold by the sales agent who knew I was going to get an early upgrade fee but informed me I wouldn't and I am also now being ignored and delayed in trying to claim back what was wrongfully taken from my bank account by the sales team and customer service. I will also shortly be making a complaint to the Ombudsman on this.

Although up to this point I was satisfied with the service, wrongfully taking an extra £50 from someone's account and then ignoring them for weeks and passing them to different departments is absolutely unacceptable. If there are those out there on tight monthly budgets who cannot afford to have £50 just taken from their account and not receive even an answer on what the credit and resolution will be for weeks, I would advise you to avoid this company.

A1 Comms took the hassle out of our hands

We asked Asif at A1 comms to help us with renewing and upgrading a few site with BT to provide high speed broadband. Amazing. They took over, dealt with BT ( which is a godsend in itself ) - seamless and faultless. Would recommend these guys.

well well feeling sorry for this company

well well, again from a company saying they are there phones. co.uk giving me all the details eg posted code and address. trying to get me to take a offer that theres no way they could do with cost iphone 11 pro for £25 pcm unlimited everything lol. when i said oh your part of A1 comms he started to call me every name under the sun, then went on to start telling me to do things in his own language, now this happened about 4 months ago as well :) and i phooned A1 and had a nice chate with 2 pepole one being a manger, he said they are having loads of problems with this frud company they have been to the police about it and been told that this company is doing nothing directly wrong even though they are indirectly destroying a company, so take note this company a1 comms or phones .co.uk will not cold call you. and just block the number that calls you saying they are from them. last number that called me was 020 3290 0097 best bit thats a london number and there in derby lol

I wish him and A1 all the best for future sales. He is a superb sales person - just the right amount of guidance, patient and kind - not at all pushy and helped me make the decision which was right for me. A1 is EEs leading provider so they do quite correctly promote their wider coverage but he was willing to also discuss others without any prejudice. I really appreciated that about him.

Non stop calls

Calls 5+ times a day trying to get me to do an early upgrade. If not this company they need to find a way to stop this phishing company using their details. Blocked all contacts and numbers but can still see they are trying to call multiple times a day despite opt out.

I received a wonderful customer…

I received a wonderful customer experience from one of your employees I believe her name was shikha, she offered a range of new deals and was very patient and polite in her approach to finding me a new deal. We managed to agree a deal and I am pleased and looking forward to receiving my new phone thank you A1 comms.

Great local business to deal with

Great local business to deal with, a personal service by great people who get the job done. We have used A1 Comms for over 16 years and have never felt the need to go elsewhere and that is a testament to the team.

Excellent service

I have been with A1 for a few years now and compared to our last supplier they are excellent. I have had the same account manager for the past couple of renewals so continuity is maintained. Their approach to customer service is great, very response but they manage to maintain that personal touch.

From start to finish Tonia and the team gave the best possible service, understanding our need to save money on our corporate mobile contracts, we were not the easiest of clients to work with due to our ever-changing wants and needs but we got there in the end thanks to A1!
