TERRIBLE SERVICE

My boyfriend was due to renew his contract around two months ago and spoke to someone called Liam who we have later found out is a manager. Liam sold him this bright sparkly amazing deal where he was given a low end handset and around £500 cash back instead as they didn't have the handset that my boyfriend actually wanted. He did this so that the money could be put towards the handset he wanted when he purchased it elsewhere. Two months down the line and several calls later whilst being pushed from pillar to post, my boyfriend STILL does not have the cash back and is using an awful handset all so that Liam could make his sale and cash in on his commission I'm guessing. He has requested on several occasions for a manager to call him back who never does. Literally getting nowhere, we are now going to the ombudsman in order to get this rectified, as the company do not seem to want to do it themselves 👍🏻

**UPDATE**
The company have sent a message requesting more information which I have happily given them so that they can contact my boyfriend with an apology and to rectify the situation and that was almost two hours ago. Still no phone call. Still no email.

**ANOTHER UPDATE**
Four hours later and we still haven't had a manager call us like we have been promised on three seperate occasions. I'm extremely doubtful that it should take this long to resolve a complaint once a company has all of the information they need regarding the order and the consumer. They don't even act upon being left a poor review. Shows how much you actually care about your customers as long as you have your sale 👍🏻

Great service from beginning to end

Great service from beginning to end. Easy to order on website, contacted by phone to confirm some details. Staff are so friendly , you dont just feel like a number . Emailed to advise when handset despatched and was hear next day . Better deal to upgrade with A1 than EE direct . Will definitely use again

A great service

A great service. The sales team were responsive and kept me informed. The offer was very competitive and the contract quickly executed. They even thought about the switchover time so as not to lose service at the weekend. Highly recommended.

What can I say!

What can I say - I have had absolutely outstanding service from A1. Nothing was too much trouble and I did present them with a few problems, which they took in their stride easily and efficiently. I have dealt with 4 separate people and they have all been extremely patient and easy to deal with. Thank you A1 you have been stars.

Nice n Easy

Easy, relaxed comms and good service. Were happy to deliver to multiple addresses and gave us various options on handset variations without any hassle - including a dual SIM version of the same model everyone else got... but for only one staff member.

Tonia especially helpful and genuinely a pleasure to speak to and had pleasant dealings with Nicola previously on a number of occasions too.

I am extremely happy with the phone license deal with have received with A1. All of our needs were met in a timely manner and it was delivered exceptionally.
The team made sure us as their customer understood their product and services which helped a great deal and helped meet the company's needs and expectations.

Great customer service, that's why I keep using A1 Comms!

This is the third or fourth phone I have had from A1 Comms over the last 8 years approximately. It doesn't matter who you deal with they are always professional, polite and make lots of effort to get you the he right deal. A couple of times staff even left company meetings to talk to me directly, they always seam to have time and there is no pressure selling.

I told them exactly what I was looking for and they delivered. The delivery was within two days which was great too.

When you get service you can trust you keep returning.

They don't just handle mobile, they also offer fixed line, VoIP, internet etc

Will be looking at a virtual LL next.

Paying 46 pound - MONTH NUMBER 2 now for a phone I do NOT have !!! They’re a bogus company !!
Won’t reply to any of my emails
When I ring up I’m waiting to speak to somebody for Atleast 1 hour. Then they put me on hold because I’m “ through to the wrong person”
SAVE your time & money DO not go with these

Waste of space and A fraudulent company. They don’t have A CLue what they’re doing.

Scam company

Do not use this company at all they are a complete utter disgrace and a bunch of con artists.
I ordered an iPhone 11 Pro thinking it was an iphone11 pro Max my mistake, but had 14days to do an exchange so I sent the phone back in perfect condition with not a mark on it and now they have received it they are saying it has a scratch on it. This seems to be a common thing with this company doing this little trick with its customers.
Legal action will be taken as they think they can get away with it.
Do not use A1COMMS they are a complete SCAM and need to be put out of business.
They only put you through to customer service which you are put on hold that never answer , they hardly answer the phone, they also said they would ring back to sort this problem, but I have not heard a single word from them.
Am still waiting on this phone and one thing they don’t want to be doing charging me for a phone that I don’t have, but now all I want is my contract cancelled with this disgusting company. They still owe me a re fund to in which the said it would be refunded in 5 working days.
A think this company needs to be knowing more to the public at how bad they are and am sure the papers will make a good story about them.
They have sent a text on my review saying they have sent me a private message which they haven’t.
