I had made payment twice on a single deposit request of Rs. 5000, due to which one amount was received in my game ID but the second payment was not received in my game ID, due to which Rs. 5000 are on hold. After requesting the support team, that amount was also refunded to me, so I want my refund. If you want proof, then I will share the screenshot of the payment, okkk
