I have no faults with the work carried…
I have no faults with the work carried out on my car but the garage were unable to deliver my car back the same day as agreed because they didn’t have the required oil !! but promised they would deliver the next day at 10.00am as I had to take my husband for a hospital appointment. This didn’t happen and I had to make other arrangements!

Disappointing service
Changed date but garage not aware so turned up on original date.
Garage advised email sent through to AA 3 hours before I received the text to authorise work so garage unable to complete same day. Car therefore required to remain in garage until next day causing inconvenience.
Had to call 8 times to get through to AA to change date.
Email received from AA after authorising work to say they had tried to ring me but had incorrect number although received 3 texts to mobile with reminders and request to authorise.

Never again
Booked in early morning for an MOT & service with AA, they gave me 0 communication about what work my car needed doing. I phoned the garage myself and they had been waiting all day for me to approve work on my car, AA hadn’t bothered to contact me about it. Extra day needed for my car, the price they add onto the repairs needing doing is extortionate! I was gobsmacked. £350 extra than an independent garage, nothing to justify that greed, all they do is book your car in. Just go direct with a recommended garage and save your money.
