Worst shopping experience ever.

Worst shopping experience ever.

Ordered in August 2025 — product never delivered. Instead of a refund, they forced a gift card. Ordered again in February 2026, and till now (April 2026) nothing has arrived.

Only fake priority replies on email, no real help, no phone support. This feels like a complete waste of money and time.

Please think twice before buying from Aachho.

Very very bad customer service
The number given is wrong … they are extremely unprofessional. There has been zero communication from their end—no updates, no emails, no calls. Every time I try to follow up via their chat, I get the same copy-paste response: “We have flagged this with the senior support team as urgent, you’ll get an answer and a concrete plan by tomorrow.”
Well, it’s been weeks of “tomorrows,” and not a single actual response.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable for any brand. Keeping customers in the dark after taking their money reflects very poorly on their service and reliability.
At this point, I’m left wondering if I’ll even receive my order or a proper response. I would strongly caution others before ordering from here.

The customer service is pathetic

The customer service is pathetic, the delivery time mentioned on the website is misleading. No one provides any resolution or even a date of delivery, just sends a scripted message of fake escalations. As a business who charges so much you should hold some accountability.
This is one issue, now I have also read immense reviews of bad quality as well. Cheap quality fabric and different design are some of the many issues reported.

Aachho – Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Aachho and strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Sizing issues across the board – Every item I received ran significantly smaller than expected. The sizing is completely inconsistent with what's shown on their website, making the clothes unwearable.

Missing item with no resolution – One item from my order was never delivered. I've since traveled overseas, which makes this situation even more complicated and stressful.

Zero accountability from customer support – I've been following up for a credit note for over 10 days now. No proper response, no resolution, just silence. Their customer care is virtually non-existent—calls go unanswered, emails get generic replies (if any), and nothing actually gets resolved.

Bottom line: Poor quality control, unreliable delivery, and abysmal after-sales support. They're happy to take your money but completely unresponsive when things go wrong. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Really bad clothes

Really bad clothes. They sent me defective pieces twice, even after return and exchange. And the dispatch, return, pickup is so slow...if you are planning to buy for an event that is in 3-4 weeks, then please don't buy from Aacho. Defective products, no assurance on delivery, then they also refuse to return your money, you have to fight anlot with them for every tiny thing.

Very Bad Customer Service

I ordered a product last week and as per their policies I cancelled the order within 24 hours (same day I cancelled my order). I recieved a reply that my order will be cancelled. After two days I recieved a message for the same order that my order has been dispatched. From last 5 days I have been trying to reach their customer support team but everytime I get the same reply that my issue has been escalated to senior team and they will be addressing it within 24 hours. But everyday the same process is being repeated.
So I would suggest never order from their website.

It has now been over 50 days since I…

It has now been over 50 days since I placed and paid for my order, and I have yet to receive it.

Customer service is effectively non-existent. Every response is an identical automated reply from “Tara,” with no real effort to resolve the issue.

There has been no proper update, no delivery, and no accountability. This experience has been extremely frustrating.

Based on this, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Complete scam. They run fake promotions to lure you into placing orders, but they never deliver. My order #793090 is nowhere to be found.
