Great use of 30 minutes
Easy to access Webinar with helpful advice if you were having any technical issues.
Webinar was efficient and to the point. Easy to follow with the Powerpoint slides.
I thought it was really cool to see the Question box where advisors were able to answer specific queries during the webinar.
Worth the 30 minutes :)
This was very informative
TUPE: A Masterclass
This was a well structured and well delivered piece of employment law training.
When you are going through the…peace within
When you are going through the menopause and hear other people talking about symptoms and how it makes you feel, made me feel more in control of my own experience with going through the menopause. I feel more secure in my job also knowing that we have a menopause policy in place too.
Over scripted
Whilst the content was okay, it was very rehearsed, obviously read off a script and in honesty, the main thing I remember was that Karen was managing the polls as the presenter kept thanking her.
The content was fine, but the delivery was too robotic to hold my interest.
The links to download documents didn't work either.
Very well presented
Very well presented, knowledgable, clear and organised! I always enjoy ACAS training, you know that experience is never short of wonderful. Thank you
Useful guide to managing sickness…
Useful guide to managing sickness absence. Being able to download the Q&A's would be helpful in future.
Good overview of the main points
It was a good webinar on the main points of menopause and helpful to have the useful links on where to get more information. The statistics are particularly useful to get an idea of the impact.
Excellent Webinar
Excellent Webinar, giving an insight into how we continue to develop inclusive practice and work within legislative frameworks.
Thank you, it was very insightful.
Well organised and run webinar
This was a very interesting webinar - nicely paced, with useful informaton.
Wasted time due to absence of save progress function
There is no "save progress" functionality or option. I obviously assumed the tasks I had completed were being recorded automatically. It took me around 35 to 40 minutes to complete 60% of my course. Later, I lost all the work I'd done simply because they don't allow you to save your progress, an absolutely crucial and incredibly basic feature! I can't believe they haven't thought about that!!! You either start and finish your course in one go when you have plenty of time, praying that no technical issue will happen, or you simply waste your time?!? All other online training platforms allow you to complete their courses in stages. Real shame... Who can afford to waste their time like that? I certainly won't be coming back to Acas.

Rubbish - No Help - The Acas online form filling was ok to…
The Acas online form filling was ok to use but after I filled my issue out I received an acknowledgement then I waited weeks for some help but heard nothing, no one contracted me about my employment issue. I tried phoning constantly it just kept ringing - waste of time, didn’t help me and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Brilliantly organised + presented webinars for the workplace
I've attended a couple webinars put on by ACAS and they have all been fantastically run, organised and communicated. They use the best webinar software - Go To Webinar. They clearly state how they will share info, slides and handouts. They also clearly state how to save the Q&A which is always popping off as attendees are so engaged.
My most recent webinar was 'mental health at work' and I learned so much useful, practical info as a line manager. Speakers were clear, factual and gave us just what we needed. No faffing about, no "can you see my slides", no mumbling, just clear, confident presentation with useful info.

Was on phone for approx 30 mins trying to get through. Spoke to a women who didn't have a clue. Asked for some information as the company I work for only paid me £11.16 an hour holiday pay, even when I haven't had a day off. So should be normal hourly wage. I asked the women at acas if that was right. She couldn't tell me if it was or if it wasn't. Another waste of an hour on the phone
