Accountable.de Reviews

Really nice app that has all that I want as a small business ( freelancer ). Simon on customer service was spot on

Great app and total lifesaver for freelancers!

Had a great call with Simon to clarify some questions I had regarding the platform. He was punctual, helpful and able to answer all my questions well. Would absolutely recommend Accountable to anyone looking for a German accounting software with a caring, knowledgeable support team!

This service really removes lots of the stress freelancing in German for me!

Extremely helpful as a foreign freelancer in Germany, would be lost without it. Any questions i ever have are also answered quickly and informatively by staff too.

Super easy interface, and very helpful staff who are quick to respond to questions. German taxes have become much simpler for me.

I love how much better I understand my tax and money situation now and how smoothly I can invoice clients.

It's a fantastic all-in-one solution for invoicing, labelling and taxes. It's furthermore easy to use and provides helpful tips.

The tax regulations in Germany are pretty complex. Luckily Accountable makes the process of doing taxes worry-free and downright pleasant. What I really like is that they give you a guarantee that using their app will not get you into any trouble. That means they really stand behind their product, and I applaud that.

I have encountered some small issues, but I could work around them and support has been very responsive.

Keep up the good work.

I'm a freelance consultant and was looking for a solution to write invoices and manage my taxes. It works very well and the support by the team is great. So far I'm a happy customer and recommend this app.

The UI is beautiful, all flows are very clear, their FAQ articles cover a lot of common cases for beginners, their support is quick and super friendly and also in English. They make accounting enjoyable. Love it!

Everything works perfect, it really helped me with accounting and taxes.

I am using their services for almost six months, as a small self-employed in Germany.
Until now I am very pleased with the Accountable service - the mobile app and the web app. Especially I would like to mention customer support which is great, they have a dedicated FAQ which has a lot of great information and useful tips. They also offer a chat service in English, which is very professional and kind service - it usually takes a few hours to receive an answer but they always answer in a very professional way and with a lot of great information.

Life saver app over German tax!! They keep improving each year!!!! Way to go! Accountable!!

Easy to use and yet a super powerful tool.

Accountable has been a great support since the beginning of my freelancer journey. Everything is made easy and I don't have to worry about forgetting to hand in something or handing in something wrong. Even though I speak German, the German admin can be quite tough to understand so I've been very thankful to have Accountable by my side. Would 100% recommend!

User-friendly! I can easily get track of my invoices and never lose the overview!

It's a very helpful and easy-to-use tool. I can manage my own accountancy without spending hours on it, so that I always have a complete overview of my finances, and get reminded about the important tax deadlines.
