They are doing a background check for me to get hired at tesla. The background check had not been completed and had been 6 months. For the 3rd week it was saying on the portal 3 days or within a day. They have not continued to try to finish the check or told me any information other then they submitted a request one time for information and never looked back at it. They have no solution or urgency or care to help or resolve the issue. They hold you and your job opportunities on their end and don't care about you. Or your life.

I can't give this company 0 stars. It won't let me. But if I could, I would. The problem I have dealt with is that the site won't even load the background check documents in the first place. It just says to wait while it generates the forms. Hours go by....and no forms. Worthless company! No response to my customer service emails either.

Accurate Background Company needs to do better. It been over 3 months and I still haven't received my background check. This is frustrating and time consuming. If you're a hiring agency do not use Accurate, by far the worst company when it comes to background check. Warning you now, do not use Accurate.

Failed review on no work right basis when I provide passport and citizenship certificates. I want to give them 0 I did recently with Australian police one .

Corrupt company with no customer service... it takes more than three months to do a simple background check (especially if you have a race or nationality or gender that they do not like!), while other companies do it in less than two weeks... misusing candidates info.

I had a terrible experience with this company, and I see that many others have too, as almost all reviews in google review are one star. This company is clearly corrupt and has impacted so many people negatively (especially it seems they target specific individuals!!!!) If you've had a bad experience like me, l highly recommend taking action (at least doing one of actions below):

1-File a complaint with your local consumer protection office.

2-Notify the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in your area about your problem. The BBB tries to resolve complaints against companies.

3-If you think you may have experienced a scam, report it to the FTC.

4-Report and Block all of their social media like LinkedIn.

By doing this, we can help prevent others from being affected by this company. If enough people take these steps, I'm sure they will be shut down.

In 2024, there is no place for this kinda companies.

I had the most horrible experience with Accurate UK.
I'm a candidate who recently got a job offer and the company requested Accurate to do my pre employment screening check. The staff from Accurate ( Joshua ) was the most inept, unprofessional and incompetent person I've ever met. He kept asking for stupid things and never response to my reply and disregard everything that I've sent him. I'm not sure how he got his job.

I suggest everyone to be aware of this incompetent company. As for other companies please use other background check companies.

Please AVOID Accurate at all cost. This experience is just giving me stress and headache. Especially my experience with Joshua Brady has been the worst. He is trying to mess with someone's chance on being employed.

Please company you should not use their service they are the worst. They are slow ! Really really slow avoid !!!!

This company should be call INACCURSTE!
So far the worst company, it doesn't matter if I get hired by the employer, this company always will make everything to make me loss the job opportunity, if they don't answer while the job still available, they are inaccurate with the background check, there's always something.

I'm trying to get a job with Amazon. Frist off, very shocked a company as large as Amazon would use such a amateur company. I have a flawless driving record and these guys cant figure this out after two weeks now. My guess is...some shady contracts where they bill Amazon relentlessly and they are to big to notice. Don't take my word for it, just look at the reviews about this company on any review site.

They cant even respond to my inquiries in less than a week, if at all, let alone pull some very basic data from a government website. Now I'm chasing them to get all documents removed and or destroyed. I simply cannot risk this over seas company using my information. I assume they just collect and sell.

Couldn't keep processing my application because I can't provide my parents birth certificates (which is just suspicious) ask if anything can be done an just get the same generic answer not addressing my matter. (I don't understand why it's only for people born after August 1986)

Terrible company! Slow as ever and refuse to give you any updates been waiting over a month for a background check! If the hiring company directs you to this company for your background check just keep applying other places because you wont be starting a job quickly if this is their background check platform

They are slow and unknowledgeable. It’s a shame employers even considers their poor service that they provide

They are extremely slow to process checks and refuse to provide any updates on pending reports that are holding up the process. They have zero transparency. Avoid using this company.
