Stylish glasses and excellent customer service
I have been buying Ace and Tate glasses and sunglasses for years however I wanted to flag how good their after care is. I recently took a couple of pairs into the Coal Drops Yard branch to get the arms tightened and Leo was so diligent and thorough in his service. Love this brand!!!

I had a really good experience at the Ace and Tate store in Coal Drops Yard. The staff were super friendly and patient, and they actually knew what they were talking about. I really love the Neil extra large glasses I bought from here. They feel very sturdy and of great quality, and the lenses make my vision feel really comfortable and are easy to clean. The staff helped me make all the adjustments to the nose pads and behind my ears to make sure that they sat well, and advised me on how to adjust the nose pads at home if they still needed tweaking. I would say that the order time is definitely longer than the estimates on the website (the eta for my single-vision glasses is 4-10 business days, mine was closer to 3 weeks), but as I’d planned to take them on holiday, they were able to make up a great temporary pair for me to pick up the next day. Overall really happy with both the product and the service (Bristol branch).
