I’ve graded with Ace twice

I’ve graded with Ace twice - using two different levels of their service and both times I’ve recieved 10’s which has been wonderful to see. Only thing I’d have a bug bear about would be the DHL return delivery not being more accurate unless you sign up for everything and jump through hoops but that’s not against Ace themselves hence the 5 stars 🌟

The UK's only, and best option.

Even though the time estimates are given, they work hard and fast to delivery on those, and they are thorough, by far the best company in uk to authenticate and grade your collection, will certainly use again!

the upfront cost, no hidden charges, and pay when they have completed the works is a no brainer.

Delays and no replies

Changed my expected return date from 60 to 95 days without notice which is a 50+% increase, when I contact them regarding when I could expect my cards and my issue with them change the dates I heard no reply.

Amazing as always

The quality of the slabs provided by Ace is amazing. So happy with the artworks, and the customer service is pretty good in my experience, with grading turnaround pretty much spot on (occasionally faster too)

Following issues at start of 2025 with…

Following issues at start of 2025 with break, delays were long but since then turn around times have been spot on or even early offering a great unique selling point with the Ace labels and realistic turnaround times for those in the UK. Been grading with Ace ever since they started and have seen them progress alot.

This was my first time submitting to Ace Grading

This was my first time submitting to Ace Grading and the whole process was fast and simple, they provided a great and very professional service. The slabs are beautiful and have a lot more to them than other grading companies plus I chose to add the Ace labels to my submissions and they are stunning and add so much more to the look of my cards. Would highly recommend!

I recently did my first ACE submission…

I recently did my first ACE submission for some of my pokemon cards, and I am very happy with my experience! They had Just undergone a change in turnaround times during the time my cards were there and even tho wait times were a tad bit longer, the communication with ACE was fantastic and 100% worth the wait, and thankyou for looking after my cards!

My favourite grading company

My favourite grading company. Fast turnarounds and customer service support. Love the slabs and the Ace labels. The grades are fair and not based on random dice rolls like some other companies...
Also the slabs are durable and stops fraudulent activity.

If I could put a 0 I would

If I could put a 0 I would.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Sent cards of 30th December only just received them back. I’ve used ace in the past and always been disappointed but thought I would give them another chance. The grades they have given the cards are a disgrace for example I had a card come back and it was a 10 for everything other than the surface area which I’ve already had the card returned to me and I’ve checked this card myself and there isn’t anything wrong with it. And they have given an overall of 7 which makes no sense. Same with about 4/5 of the cards that they graded. To me it seems like your team of graders are using biased opinions to grade theses cards and this is right especially when I’m spending my hard earned money with your company to get theses graded and to receive the grades I did was so disappointing.

I have checked your submission and I can confirm that it was estimated for completion on 24/03, in line with the Basic service level you chose to submit under, and we issued the invoice on 25/03.

With regards to the grading of your cards, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with this. Our grading team are dedicated to ensuring the highest grading standards are adhered to and we complete regular consistency training with them to ensure that we do not drop standards.
It doesn't look like you reached out to our Customer Support team to query the grades for your cards, but please feel free to do this as we can offer further insight into the grading report for you.

Failed to meet luxury service turnaround

I have paid extra for the luxury service (2 business days turnaround) Ace received my submission on Tuesday 24th March 1pm, only for it to be stuck in QA CHECK 2 on Friday (today) I doubt now this would arrive on Monday/Tuesday, hence they have failed to meet the luxury service, I have contacted support team a few times and I have not received any response whatsoever, Mustufa Anwar
