Really positive experience with ace

Really positive experience with ace, sent my cards off and they were back way before the estimated delivery turnaround time, really lovely artwork on the “ace” slabs and very consistent grading, would definitely recommend them over their competitors, especially if you live in the UK and prioritise fast turn around times and high quality slabs

Extremely Disappointing Service

I sent my cards to ACE Grading using their Ultra Tier service, which advertises a 5 business day turnaround. The cards were delivered to them over a week ago, yet they have been stuck on “assembly” for several days with no progress whatsoever.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. I have emailed them for an update and received no response at all. When you’re paying for a premium service, you expect reliability and at the very least basic customer support.

I specifically chose this tier due to time constraints, and they have failed to meet their own stated turnaround times without any explanation.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor communication and failure to deliver on promises. I would not recommend if you are expecting a timely service.

Perfect grading company. Easy step by step when starting submissions and simple to send your cards.

Ace Grading comes highly recommended

Ace Grading comes highly recommended. The whole experience from start to finish is a smooth process. Submitting cards is simple and straightforward with plenty of choices of pricing tiers. When your cards arrive at Ace Grading they keep you updated online at what stage your cards are at for the whole process.
The best part is the Ace Grading labels they compliment the card so well, they actually enhance the card. The slab case itself is of very good quality and feels sturdy and strong.
All in all, a fantastic experience.

Wouldn't go elsewhere

It was really clear on the website on what stage our cards were at and in general we had the best time using ace compared to other companies will permanently be using ace from now on

Card simply sent back ungraded with no explanation.

Sent a card away via Royal Mail for grading last week for my grandson.
I chose the ultra service. The website showed it as "Arrived" then nothing until this morning when DHL delivered it back to my doorstep in the same sleeve I sent it out in. No grading, no paperwork to explain, nothing. Just the card returned in an Ace Grading box exactly as I posted it out to them.
I certainly won't be paying any invoices for this as all they've done is posted it right back to me.
Emailed them and tried to contact via their message us link on their website to no avail. No response at all.
Extremely disappointed with this service which promised so much and delivered nothing.
I'll need to find another company to grade it now.
My grandson will be disappointed when he gets home from school.

Needs improvement

Customer service is so slow again it's really annoying when it seems like you're being ignored.

Card was on QA2 Check for over 72 hours on a 5 day turnaround (ultra)

7.99 for delivery is too steep for 1 slab , paying over £10 to send and receive a card is expensive

Paid for ultra service terrible

Paid for ultra service, now nearly 2 weeks in and still no grade, my card has been stuck on each point for nearly 2 days. No reply to my email or social media message phones turned off. Wouldn't use again, and definitely wouldn't recommend the ultra service.
