Bad quality product
Bad quality product, this PC is very difficult to move. I contacted the customer service for the return and no attention, they answered after 3 days and they ask me all kinds of explanations why I want to return it. After I answer them, I have no an answer. I called that phone number on their website and it is not valid. Everything is fake. I will have to report this website which is not legal because they do not have the real contact details which in Germany are requested. Beware of buying anything from here...

Order not received until today
I do my order in 2023 and pay per Paypal. my order still hasn't been shipped. The PC is still available directly on the website with a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. The support now said I should wade for another 2 to 5 days, they would have been stolen....

I love my laptop
I love my laptop! I have been wanting a new one that was not super expensive but good quality and this laptop is just what I needed!
I had an issue where it wouldn't power up. Fix was simple once they got back to me
I had an issue with my new mini pc and reached out to them. They took a fee days to reach me and I was busy myself at the time. I reached out a few days ago. They got back to me yesterday and my problem was resolved. I'm happy with my purchase.
Low quality machine
Low quality machine. System fan stopped working and support stopped responding when asked for a return label. Stay away.

I tried to cancel my order and they were very dodgy. Then when they finally got back to me the order had already shipped. But when I look at my order is says it hasn’t shipped so now I’m sitting hear waiting to get my order so hopefully I can refund but know them
They won’t even let me refund it. You’re better off going to there warehouse and asking them directly. Customer service is terrible

No customer support, no invoice, no warranty, very dodgy hardware support (driver support is horrible, just look it up on their page -> all offline and hostet on google drive).

I ordered two mini pcs from them that were In Stock (acemagic.fr). After 20 days of no communication, I tried to contact them. Their email that they gave me in my order verification email was not working..
Found another mail. They said that the items were out of stock. And told me If I want to order something else. I found a similar specs pc (S1) and asked them what will be the cost. They said it is in pre-order and they asked me to wait a few days. I waited a few days they didn't contact me. I emailed them again and asked if the S1 is available. They said yes. But they asked DOUBLE the price for a similar spec'd PC!!
Also in their German site they had these PCs about 30% cheaper than what was offered by them.
No recognition of their fault, nothing. I am waiting 25 days now.. Purchasing experience is horrible. Support experience is not good. Avoid whenever you can!!
Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I bought two devices and both devices broke under 6 months. I called and emailed and got no response. It’s been almost 2 months and nobody can help me.
It’s been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I’m hoping I can get a refund for my money spent but it seems it won’t happen.
Beware do not buy from this company. They will mislead you and offer no solutions.

I asked help for warranty the PC worked for only 3 months, and now nobody wants to help, your customer service team is asking me to buy a new HD and check if the proble is solved, I know I have to pay the fee for returning it, but buy and install stuff does not sounds a warranty.

I purchased an Acemagic mini PC for $500+ on 11/04/23. Today is 12/21/23 and support still has not gotten back to me via email. The computer is defective- the SSD card cannot be read. Horrible customer service! Horrible product! Do not buy!

So good I bought a 2nd
Bought one for one of my boys and the darn thing is better than my $1400 computer. So I ordered another a few days after testing it out. BTW, Customer service is amazing and helpful beyond what I expected.
Worst customer service ever
I ordered an item that I ended up regretting the order so I tried to cancel it through support. They took so long to respond the product shipped before they can do anything. I then tried to return the product once it came. I had to pay for shipping. Throughout the entire time, they took forever to respond. According to the tracking number, they’ve received it, and yet, no update on the refund. Might request a chargeback if I don’t receive an update in a week. Worst customer experience ever. Never ordering from these websites ever again.

When I shopped for a replacement…
When I shopped for a replacement computer I became intrigued at the concept of a mini computer. As a retired Engineer the logic of building a better, smaller computer made sense. I became excited as I shopped for the best. After alot of comparing, reading, I felt I would be in good hands with Ace Magician.
Alas I've become disappointed in the lack of performance. The pages load slowly almost non responsive.
It has just 2-4"×4" pages in english as a trouble shoot guide.
I will contact Ace phone support before making a decision going forward.

Good deal turning into a scam?
I had initially pre-ordered their newest and greatest mini PC with a dedicated GPU and a good CPU for around $1k, expecting to receive the product for the slated release period. This period was originally on the product page as "Shipping in late November," which they have removed and postponed indefinitely. I will say that I did send an email on the 22nd to verify my order, and they said (under 24 hours later, which I was pleasantly surprised about) that they expected to have the shipment by the end of the month and that they were preparing for the release of the product. I thought everything was going well until the next thing I knew: it was the 30th, and I had still yet to receive the product. I then sent an email alongside two others in the following 72 hours to no avail. Hopefully, all goes well, but this experience is enough for me to let others know NOT TO PRE-ORDER FROM ACE MAGICIAN.
I will be sure to update this review with any information that I get throughout this process. At the time of writing this, it is the end of the day on the 3rd of December.
It is now Friday, Dec 8th, and the only positive thing I have to say is that at least the refund experience was quick and painless.

VERY SLOW...
Their support is VERY SLOW to respond, two business days for my first attempt, then I asked to return the product and have yet to hear from them at all. Also the speed of delivery is 5 to 7 days, nothing like Amazon. I will not be buying from ace magic again.
USB-C port does not work for LG monitor
I connected the AM06 Pro to my LG monitor using the USB-C port and it does not work, nothing on the monitor. I've called service three times and emailed twice, and no response. Very disappointing. I will have to return the PC to Amazon.
