I have purchased three PCs through Amazon. One for traveling, one as a Plex server, and one for gaming/emulation.

All three have been great, quite, run cool, and just work well. The amd ones are awesome and can play so much. The fact it stay cool under load is great and a bit surprising for it's size.

The laptop is good for what I need. I would maybe hope later to get a AMD CPU in a laptop. Would love the extra power. But it was fast and no bloatware at all.

I placed my order with ACEMAGIC 5 days ago. I paid for 2-3 business day shipping. Today is that 3rd business day and not only have I not received both of my packages. I haven’t been provided with a tracking number or even confirmation that my order has been sent. I tried to contact the helpline multiple times and it put me on hold for 2 minutes before then insisting that I leave a voicemail and saying they will call me back. This is just terrible customer service especially when you consider they’re selling high value items. Nobody wants to spend 500$-1500$ and not know if they’re even going to get their product. Furthermore it seems their automated help line is literally just a voicemail collector I personally don’t believe someone would’ve picked up if I’d have called again considering I called 3 times with the same result. I’d even go as far to say that most of the good reviews on ACEMAGIC are AI generated and fake. I have not had a good experience with them and I am undoubtedly displeased with the lack of communication. I wouldn’t recommend this online store to my mother in law and she sucks.

Purchased a mini pc on Wed night with express shipping. It’s Friday and I’ve yet to have confirmation that my order shipped. Poor customer service.

Computer was defective out of the box and has been returned with delivery tracking but despite assurances otherwise, no refund was given and would not take another unit. PayPal stepped in and processed the refund for me. Poor customer service. No customer service phone number, just emails. Poor build quality.

Impressive is the first thing I thought about when I first saw the box size of the T8Plus in that it was the smallest unit I’ve seen in the scope of mini PC units. The box itself was completely weightless again in comparison to comparable units. Simplistic goes without notice that what was most useful for me was the 3 hdmi ports and 4 usb ports. The startup was very easy to begin and brings forth an incredibly fast power source into the online world. I had no issues with connectivity and the current processor again is superb. Overall, the little box comes with a big punch both on the outside and inside.

I received a solid mini PC from Ace. It is quality hardware and came with Windows 11 pre loaded. I recommend this retailer to anyone.

"I got this mini PC as a web browser PC and to do light applications on and it fits the job. It comes with Windows 11 already installed, a 256GB SSD, and 8GB of RAM. It has plenty of USB ports for keyboard, mouse, and a USB drive. It has 3 HDMI ports, which is more than enough; I could see that be useful if you were using this computer to fill in a monitor around other multi screen computer setups. Or if you wanted to put 3 screens on just the mini PC. Great value!"

This company sells mini PCs. I have two now. One with a Celeron processor. One with a new i5-11320H. Their computers come at a great price and they don't skimp out on RAM or SSD space. They're great little powerhouses of a machine. The Celeron one I use for retro emulation, the i5 I use for a personal computer. Also, the i5 computer came at MSRP of just the processor, so it's definitely a great deal.

I was looking for a mini pc that I can use for watching 4k movies and playing some online games. Finally got this AMR5 mini pc. I like its special RGB lighting vibes on both sides. Most importantly, it has 3 different modes. Those are Silent, Auto, and Performance modes.
So when I watch movies, go through Silent mode and gaming time use Performance mode. Very impressive.
