Just purchased a Lamborghini Urus SE. Acklam Cars are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & provided a seamless service. Impeccable service from everyone I dealt with at Aklam Cars. I had the pleasure in dealing with Joe who was transparent and honest throughout the sales process, he answered all my queries. I have had cars from main dealerships before but these guys are on another level, and in comparison more efficient and make the experience of buying a car an event. Also a big thank you to the Business Manager John who sorted out the road tax and ensured that when I went to pick up my car that the private number transfer had already been done meaning that I can drive off with my personalised plates on my new car. What a wonderful customer service…
What a wonderful customer service experience. I would give 10 stars for the easy way Joe guided me through the whole process. He sorted out everything including organising a warranty and breakdown cover and putting our own numberplate on the car. The free delivery service was excellent, the car arriving in an enclosed vehicle. Living on the south coast and usually buying a car while sitting in the local showroom I was a bit apprehensive with buying at such a distance. However the process was straightforward and I would not hesitate to buy from this dealership and Joe again. Thank you for all your help and attention.
