Good training, however I didn’t give 5 stars because nearly all of the videos kicked me out randomly when viewing them, so I had to go back in from the home screen and forward the video I was on to where it left off. That took extra time and was frustrating. Not sure exactly what the cause to the glitch was.

the course was excellent, but the instructions after the course to get the certificate was very cumbersome, and unnecessarily so. I understand that you want to have a feedback etc., but if so, you have to make it a lot more user friendly

Site kept cutting out throwing you back to beginning. I would not recommend this site to anyone, however it is the site my work uses.

Easy to navigate. Videos as well as didactic. And megacode!!

It's great bc it's online, but their information they give you definitly doesn't include everything that's in the test. Still passable though.

Quirky to use on iPad. I have to keep logging in, and I have to start from the beginning every time. It would be nice if I could just resume where I left off, like on netflix. Content is good.

concise outline with good video presentation. Covered material rapidly and I was done in about an hour and fifteen minutes. Only negative was that the site would suddenly return to the home page about every 12 to 15 minutes and you had to restart/resume the program. For BCLS and ACLS, $240.00 is a little steep out of pocket to use a totally computer generated study. But hey, who's fault was it that I missed the free program at the hospital. If you are in a pinch time wise and hate public test taking, this is great.
