Prompt reminders when renewal is due along with options for other certification opportunities. Why I decided to renew my BLS online was I was offered extension timeline to do so in spite of the expiration deadline.

Every bit as thorough as the classroom. Perhaps, even better than live because they have had time to develop and refine the their teaching video modules; no meandering off topic or rushing through the material as might occur with a live presentation. And, BTW, you can do the modules whenever you want.

This is my second time working with ACLS and it has been fantastic. The course material is relevant and the presentation is wonderful. will continue recertifications with ACLS.

I purchase this program in the past and have been pleased, but since the revision I’m not impressed. You can’t download the slide like in the previous version and the modules keep kicking me out which is Frustrating I reached out to technical support still waiting for a reply. I have received a reply From technical support let just say not helpful. Don’t not recommend this product.

While watching videos it kept "reloading" and kicking me out--happened about 10 times through whole series. But did enjoy the way video presented the material---made something that can be boring and heard sooo many times easy to follow and somewhat enjoyable!

I am a practicing dentist, required to have ACLS to maintain a moderate sedation license. I have taken ACLS 10-15 times over the past 25 or so years. During my practice lifetime, I have never had access to a 12-lead ECG, nor have I ever needed to or had access to a strip to interpret. And I've never been on a code. With that background, here's my opinion on this course:

Not a great source for first timers, IMO. There is so much to understand and you're simply not going to get the depth required in this course. Furthermore, you need and want some initial hands-on

A fantastic course for recertification. Even though I never use the knowledge required for the certification, the course is easy to follow, contains the latest and greatest in current policy and procedure, and it's quick and easy. I can get it done in the comfort of my home without having to take time off work.

Simple, to the point. Would recommend

It's a good program that is user friendly.
