I brought PEE for venerable and elderly…
I brought PEE for venerable and elderly people, it was delivered very promptly. However the quality of the face masks is extremely poor with the fasteners on 1 in 3 snapping. The hand sanitizer has no ingredients on the label or alcoholic content indicated so I am unable to share this as intended with elderly and venerable people as intended as I cannot be sure what’s in it.
The protective gloves are very good. I feel extremely disappointed with the quality of these two items

We're sorry to hear you are disappointed with these 2 items. We want to support frontline workers not cause issues for them.
We have sold hundreds of thousands of masks in the last 4 weeks and had no other issues so I would think this is a faulty batch and if you can send us some photos to show where they are snapping we will replace any faulty ones FOC for you.
All of the sanitisers we have supplied have been labelled to the required standard however it may be possible that some were missed as such huge volumes of product have been sold in the last month. If this is the case then I apologise. Once again we will replace these for you if they are below standard so please contact us with photos as soon as possible.
Not all batches of sanitiser have specified that they are 70% alcohol however, but we can add this to the labels if specific customers require.
We'll wait for your contact and do whatever we can to help set things straight.
If you have received faulty product we will also supply extra to what you required as FOC as a gesture of goodwill.

Looking into this further, I can see that you were unhappy with the £12.00 small order charge, which we did credit back to you. At the time your order was processed, we did have stock of all the items, however while it was on hold and we were waiting for payment, one of the items became unavailable. I believe you were unhappy to wait for the small balance which was to follow shortly after, so we issued you an immediate credit for this item.
