payment problem
be careful with payment. the update of payment status was slow and faulty. I already paid but status still pending, no notification from bank, I ended up paying again. Then I have to apply for refund. If you opted for the cheap service, you could end up with long wait. And have to correspond with the customer service and or directly to translator partner multiple times, as they do not keep an eye on the order progress notification, I guess. overall the customer service and translator was helpful, but the system needs an upgrade.

Beware of scam on this website! Hidden cost!
AcudocX and their partner 2M languages conduct business in fraudulent ways. They find ways to charge additional coast AFTER payment of the agreed quote and threats to retain the finalisation of the services until further payment. They work with no transparency and hidden cost can occur at any time.
Please be aware of this scammers and use another translation provider.

To clarify, you selected the self-service translation option, which is designed to offer a lower-cost alternative by allowing customers to pre-fill their document translations. This service is clearly marked as requiring review by a certified translator, and as explained during the process, additional charges may apply if the information provided needs significant correction. These conditions are communicated up front and agreed to prior to submission.
In your case, our translator had to spend additional time editing and correcting multiple fields to meet official certification standards. Despite this, we reduced the editing fee out of goodwill and finalised your document promptly.
We do not condone or engage in any fraudulent practices. Our pricing is transparent, and we always notify customers of any changes before proceeding. Our goal is to deliver a professional and compliant certified translation service at the best possible value.
