I have just thrown away $45 . There are no words to start explaining how back the quality of the dress is. The sequin is literally glued on to a lowest grade material with kid glue or something similar, it is falling off constantly and the quality is so atrocious I didn't even attempt to try it on at home. The company is a SCAM. Save your money. Don't order from them

I wished I had googled this site before making my purchase. I got my stuff after a month of waiting for it in the mail and it is nothing like I expected. The materials are cheap and extremely thin—not something you can even wear in public. Shipping back to them would cost as much as the purchase and their customer service is non existent. There are similar sites out there (milk & choco) that sell exactly the same stuff in the same format that is also the same scam. Lesson learned. Don’t buy from non-trusted sites without some research. Good thing I paid through PayPal so at least my cc info is somewhat safe. These sites should not be allowed to do business!!

Excuse my language, but what an effing terrible experience. I ordered a dress from here for my boyfriends sisters wedding on March 9th.... here we are almost a month later and nothing. When I placed the order I was never even sent tracking information I had to go out of my way to email them and ask for it, and I was sent a bs tracking site that is in Chinese, if I knew this was coming from China I would've never placed the order. Here we are a month later and the item hasn't even left China yet. Considering that I have never ordered from them before I read all of the reviews on the site before doing so. They all consisted of 5 stars saying what great quality, this was my prom dress, came in great time etc. So I stupidly placed the order without looking at reviews elsewhere. Also, at the top of their site it says "24 hours left 50% off everything" which couldn't be more false. That has been there everyday since I ordered the dress. I wrote a review on the site about what a scam the site is, and it said "thanks for your review, it will be submitted after being reviewed by our shop admin"....I'm sorry but here in America when someone writes a review it goes directly to the site, they obviously are deleting all of the bad ones. What's the accuracy in even having reviews at that point? I went to their instagram to comment and notify people what a scam it was, even on one of the pictures that apparently someone shared of a white lace jumper, the pants look like they're completely see through and a part of cheap dance costume. They winded up blocking my instagram, so I reported them. I also went to the bank and got the charge reversed. WHAT A SCAM.

I cannot believe it’s legal for a company like this to be able to sell products. Company is in China! Worst product quality and cut possible. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

Like nearly all the reviews on here, my experience with Adel has been awful. It took weeks for my item to arrive and was nothing like the images they advertised. Please avoid.

IT TOOK ALMOST 3 MONTHS FOR MY ORDER TO COME AND THE ITEM WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED OFF THE SITE AT ALL. IT WAS HONESTLY THE MOST AWFUL PIECE OF CLOTHING I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. THEY TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK WAS IF I SENT IT BACK TO THEM WITH A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH COSTS THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE ITEM I PURCHASED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS IS BEYOND ME .

I wish I searched and found these reviews prior to ordering!

Customer service is pretty much a joke, mostly automated.
I am now looking at ways to file a complaint for misrepresentation of the product.
Issues:
Shipping took about 58 days from the day I received the tracking number. The tracking number showed the product was from China. (1st red flag).
The tracking number never updated.. I had to contact Adele Paris (multiple times- and even had to ask to have a human respond, my guess is that is what caused an algorithm in their support program to send it to a real human...). Apparently they contacted the post service to investigate. Within a couple days of my email I had the package, so I really don't think they did anything it was just a ridiculous wait.

Open package; I ordered the Cara romper (which I believe isn't even on their site anymore, because I can't seem to find it.) It is shown as a rose colour with nicely designed sparkles.
The actual product: was cheap stiff material, scratchy - It actually left scratches on my skin. Gold in colour, so not even accurate to the description, design of sparkle pattern was completely different. In fact when taking the romper out of the plastic packaging the sparkles went everywhere and continued to just fall off. I think the romper was dipped in glue and glitter was just thrown at it.

Shipping slip states the product mailed was $5 USD value. I paid approx $42 USD ($55.15 CND). And I just confirmed with the postal service that to ship with a tracking number is minimum of $57.95 CND. You can do the math, this is clearly a complete rip and seems to be a scam.

I am trying to have this company pay for return shipping in order for the apparent refund to be processed. The have said that they will not pay for return shipping even after starting multiple times that this product was misrepresentation. I also have 6 days to send them a tracking number... I have been going back and forth and have asked to now file a complaint.
I'm likely not going to hear anything back from them now...
I was hoping to resolve this with them directly however am prepared to file as many complaints anywhere I can against this company.
This is not right, this is misrepresentation of product and basically a SCAM.

This company has deplorable customer service. I contact them to return my item and after multiple attempts to get the mailing address they finally respond saying it is pas the time to return the item. The reps are rude, they lack ethics and spew lies that they cannot back.
Save your money and time and do not order from them!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! The quality of the products are awful. I ordered a size up and it still doesn't fit. They don't reply for weeks and then give you one day to ship it back to them and YOU have to pay shipping with is back to China. It's not even worth me sending back to them because it costs so much. I will never order from them again.

Got scammed for more than $150! All the model pictures from the store were stolen from elsewhere. You either do not received any response after payment or received some garbage made out of China!

Ordered few items and received instant confirmation next day. Never got any follow up email on tracking numbers. Sent more than 5-6 emails and got 1 reply said order is processed>> but still no tracking numbers!!! Their reply is so fishy that it was sent from a gmail account. They have since blocked me from social media and deleted my comments. I have to called up my credit card company (AMEX) and officially dispute the charge.

Warning, dont buy from this store. Clothes are not even wearable. Worst crap I’ve ever seen. My order is going in the garbage 👎☹️

Bought a shirt from this company without realizing it was in China. Product was poorly made and with cheap material. Return policy on their web site states 30 days. When I emailed them, they said 14 days. Then I’m another email, it was 8 days. The shirt cost 43$. It will cost more to return it. Their response time was awful. One day later..to be exact. Do not order from this company.

Bought a dress online, they sent me the wrong dress not even in the same right color. On top of not being what I ordered, it is the cheapest dress I have ever seen. I have emailed them 3 times and even sent a message to them on facebook to try and return it and haven't heard back from them yet.

Completely disgusted with this company. Any review that says "great customer service" has to be fake.

I bought 5 items through this site. I recieved a clear confirmation e-mail with my order and the promise that i would recieve another e-mail when the order would be sent. I never recieved another e-mail. Later it became clear that the items are dropshipped straight from their Chinese factories. The packages started to arrive within 3,5 weeks. The clothing is way off in size, fit, colour, shape and quality. After closer inspection i found the original pictures for all the items i bought: everything on their website is a knockoff. I Made a comment on their Instagram and Facebook, to warn otter costumers, and got banned from both. Do not buy anything from this company, its a scam!

Received my items in different packages as they explained could happen which is fine. Clothing is very cheaply made and of course looks way better in photos. The item I ordered did not look like the photo. I wanted to return 2 items and their return info seems a little sketch. You have to contact them through email, which I haven't heard back after 2 emails. Not surprised, items came from China. Definitely won't be shopping from this website ever again. Returning items should be a smooth transition, it's 2018...get some tips from Amazon
