Directed my client to purchase 2x Cold…

Directed my client to purchase 2x Cold Rooms from Adexa, equipment seems to come from China, and one of them is not displaying anything on digital screen. As a Senior Engineer I found the issue, but they are taking long to respond if they will send a new Circuit Board that is faulty.
No telephone numbers to call, the live chat they suggest us to contact them does not exist.

Big frustration as food were lost and it will
not be compensated.

Under counter freezer

Cannot give 0 stars, hence is 1.
Wrongly bought an under counter fridge, thinking that it was a freezer.
When I realised the mistake a few days later, the item was unused but I already had thrown away the original packaging.
I asked the customer service to replace it by the correct item (which was also more expensive) and use the new item’s packaging to return the wrong one, considering that the sizes were the same.
Request rejected.
This is rubbish service and I will buy my freezer elsewhere.

DO NOT purchase anything from this…

DO NOT purchase anything from this company. I bought 4 large metal storage cabinets for my charity and the last one we put together (which took days as there were so many fiddly bits) had a bent panel so the door won’t close properly. I tried to get a replacement panel but as I hadn’t reported it within 24 hours - even though it took me longer than this to unpack all the boxes and check every single part (it had to be the last box we opened!) they would not replace it or take it back! Terrible customer service that just use template responses and offered £15 as a ‘good will gesture’ even though I can’t use the whole cabinet that was over £100!! so no care or thought whatsoever! I should have read the reviews first!!

Stay clear from this company …

I recently had a very disappointing experience with this company and feel it’s important to warn others before they purchase. I ordered a glass display unit specifically advertised and sold as a particular specification, but the wrong version was delivered. This mistake caused major delays to my installation works and negatively impacted the launch of my business.

What made the situation worse was the lack of clear communication and accountability regarding the replacement process. Despite explaining the urgency and business impact, I was asked to arrange collection of the incorrect unit without being given any confirmed timeline for when the correct replacement would arrive. This left me in an impossible position with no certainty or support.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the way issues are handled is what matters most. Unfortunately, my experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and costly. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to ensure all specifications are confirmed in writing and to be cautious about after-sales support if problems

If it walks like a Duck

Despite paying for next day we often wait over 5 working days and the refund process is to apply for a failed delivery. the last 4 orders have come incomplete and broken. There is also no support number! you get what you pay for and I resent that on a daily basis. broken items are thrown not repaired which is a waste we really shouldn't accept in the present climate

I would avoid this company at all…

I would avoid this company at all costs. 2 weeks ago my items arrived damaged. Refused delivery and the courier returned the items. Still no update from Adexa other than they are waiting for return confirmation. No offer of replacement or refund 2 weeks on!

Knowledgeable service team. Customer service very good. When my delivery failed l was contacted by the customer service team to rearrange. They called and emailed and not many do that. Very much appreciated.

Be careful when you buy from this…

Be careful when you buy from this company. They put products online that they haven't got in stock. They anyway take the payment then you receive a message that the product is unavailable and they try to push you with something else. They already got the money so it suits them. I didn't want any other but they still send me one they had and I had to reject the item. I told them to please stop the delivery as that is not the one I wanted . They said they couldn't do anything. I had to refuse the item when it got deliver . but then I lost 25% of the value of the fridge and £125 delivery charges. Terrible company

AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Very disappointing experience with Adexa. Ordered a two-shelf trolley which arrived with a missing supporting leg, meaning the product could not even be assembled or used properly.

I reported the issue shortly after delivery and received an acknowledgement saying it would be looked into as a priority. After waiting around three months with no meaningful resolution, I eventually chased it again only to be told I was outside their reporting window and offered a £10 voucher.

What makes it worse is that they took months to respond properly, but then expected me to reply within their own deadline. Poor customer service, poor follow-up and an unacceptable resolution for goods that arrived incomplete.

I would think carefully before ordering if you expect reliable after-sales support when something goes wrong.

I bought a fridge couple of months ago today the door bracket broken I contacted them answered

We provide a 12‑month parts‑only warranty with our products.

I appreciate how frustrating it can be when an issue arises, and I am sorry to advise that, as this concern has occurred outside of the 12‑month warranty period, the item is no longer covered under our warranty terms.
